It would have been nice to be seated with the same waiters every night... we got sat with 4 different waiters and it kind of sucked.... we built a connection with our original waiters and wanted to be seated with them more often than not.

There was one woman there who was completely rude(I think she was a manager, she had very short hair). Rude to the point where I didn’t feel comfortable going back into the shop for the remainder of my cruise (6 days). Would’ve loved to shop in there.

A few women who were working the service desk were a bit rude... the language barrier made it near to impossible to get what we needed help with actually fixed.

On the 12th floor looking down from one of the interior windows I could see dust caked on the hanging fixtures. Just a little gross.

Very cleanly, size wasn’t great. Our room attendant was delightful.
