Our first cruise. One of the best experience. The crew member was very friendly and polite. the experience in Cozumel was scary we where blackmailed. that does not have anything to do with the cruise but it is dangerous to go to the town by yourself.

The cabin was okay even-thou the carpet has spot. The cabin attendant was very professional and kept it as best as possible. Royal Caribbean has to take more care about the dirt and do deep cleaning in the carpets.

The port area was good, many shops. the City not very safe. We where blackmailed by a policeman when giving us a traffic ticket. (That he never planned to give). because when we apologize for not seeing a signal, behind some bushes, and ask him to give us the ticket that we where in a hurry to take the ship, that was when he started to tell us that he can retain the driver license and even go to jail. Believe me we where polite all the time. How can you feel safe if a person that represent the law in a touristic place is doing this kind of actions. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO VISIT.

Awesome

Service was great, but food in MDR was quite disappointing. Very little change in the nightly menu. Even soups and desserts were below par. My first cruise, but many frequent cruisers on board felt the same.
