The food in the dining room and buffet did not meet our expectations. There was a lot of variety but the quality was not good. The pizza was good and the Café Promenade had some good options (including pizza) and the service was very good.
Onboard Activities

One of us used the fitness center and like it. We tried the rock-climbing wall and found it too difficult. We watched the people on the Wave Rider. We did not think ourselves capable of trying it, but we enjoyed watching those who did. We like the miniature golf course. Though we didn't use them we think the other offerings on the sports deck are very good (e.g. volleyball court, basket ball court.) Other activities on the ship were not so appealing to us. We would like to have had more educational or enrichment activities. We would like to have seen the theater used for more movies.
Entertainment

We enjoyed Horizon and the comedian. The ships song and dance group was pretty good; very high energy and excellent choreography and synchronization.
Service and Staff

Our waiters were Felipe and Yunfei. They were very efficient and attentive. Yunfei was exceptionally friendly and eager to serve our specific needs. For example, my wife likes weak coffee. He took it upon himself to add water to a carafe of coffee just for her. He found out which breads we like the best and brought us more of that kind. Grace was our room stewardess. She also provided exceptional service, find us some personal care items that we didn't have and weren't provided. She was always cheerful and eagerly recognized my birthday by decorated our cabin.
Ship Quality

The promenade layout was neat. It was a new way to get to the shops, some of the bars, the café, etc. On another ship we were on, the solarium was enclosed (had a glass) roof, which we prefer to the open solarium of the Adventure of the Seas. We have booked a Canada/NE USA cruise for September and we're concerned there won't be enough warm spaces to accommodate all of us if the weather is cold and/or wet.
Cabin / Stateroom

Pretty good use of the limited space.. Comfortable bed.
Rode trolly, walked around fortress area. Very nice, but the forts were closed because they are US national parks and the government shut down included the forts.
Sounds great. We’ll be on this ship in May- can’t wait! Haven’t cruise in a few years. Great to hear the room steward and wait staff at dinner were top notch.
Any chance- did you happen to notice if there was a virtual golf course on the ship? Like a VR driving range type thing? Perhaps someone else knows.
