Everything was handled in an expediant manner,, however, our luggage wasn't delivered until 2 to 3 hours after we sailed and my wife's insulin was in her luggage.

The food in the dinning room was excellent and the buffets were very good. We didn't eat in any of the specialty restaurants.
Onboard Activities

We attended some game activities and Bingo. The hosts of the Bingo , SAM and Frenada, were very gratious and said that they were going to provide us with some bingo shirts.Not only did they do that but thet also gave us a RC hat, drinking vessel, stuffed animal and a RC back pack which SAM brought to our cabin on the next to last day of our cruise was extremely kind of her.

We attended two of the shows and were very impressed with the caliber of the entertainment.
Service and Staff

The waiter staff was exceptional. Michael , Igusti and their supervisor, responded to every request we made of them in a very expedious manner. Also, Igusti always remembered what we were drinking from the previous night and provided our drinks before we asked for them as well as extra treats. Finally, my wife wasn't feeling well one night and Michael brought a dinner to our cabin which is above and beyond the call of duty.
Additionally, the room stewards always responded to every request we made in a timely manner and one of the room stewards, Michael, created some very entertaining animals using batrh towels which my daugther looked forward to seeing each evening .

Our cabin was very comfortable and always kept very clean.
Ship tip
Try not to overeat with all the food that is offered. Try to stay within your normal eating habits.
We had booked an excursion on an old fire truck for a city tour but the truck had some mechanical problems and they had to cancel our tour. The town is a pretty seaport town with lots of shops.
This is a quaint seaport town which has some great views of their harbor. We also noted that some of the structures, Testa's Restaurant for one, have been there for over 45 years and still going strong.
