Review summary

This was our first cruise so we didn't really know what to expect. Had a great time for the most part. If you want peace and quiet like we did, go to deck 4 and pull up a chair and watch the water go by. Very relaxing. Food was awesome. Alcohol prices very expensive but we didn't want a drink package because we would not be drinking that much at all. Everything you purchase onboard is tagged with an 18% gratuity which SUCKS!!!!!! Overall a good time but watch what you purchase.

Food in the main dining room was awesome. I ate something different every day just because I could try different things. The windjammer buffet was full of many different foods. Also an awesome place. Did not visit the speciality restaurants.

Ship tip

This being our first cruise, I figured with the size of the ship, you wouldn't feel the waves much. I was wrong. I didn't get sea sick or anything, but you definately could feel the rocking.

We did the airboat excursion. Nice time but was a bit pricey for a 3 hour trip for only a 30 minute airboat ride.

We tendered over to the island. nice island but rained like hell while we were there for about an hour.

Nassau, Bahamas

Skip the Atlantis Aquaventure excursion. Definatly not worth the price. There ended up being 5, YES 5, cruise ships docked in port at the same time. Took us over an hour just to get on a bus to head toward Atlantis. Atlantis itself wasn't nothing spectacular. Boys had more fun in water parks at home. Shopping district is good. Best part was getting a few free drinks in the jewely stores.
