We did all our reservations prior to boarding. Drink package, photo package, tips and gratuities nothing was applied, very annoyed to have to keep going to guest services

First off since it it is so new there is no dock. Disembarkment was a disaster and so unorganized., horrible there is nothing there except a dirty beach so if you didn’t book a shore excursion that’s tou were bored. They had no fun things planned while on the island. They should have things going on

It was there Independence Day everything was closed We did taxi it to the beach and did some stuff but really wanted to shop
