Review summary
The cruise started out very well, great embarkation. There was nothing to do at the Port Canaveral stop, it should be removed from the itinerary. The staff should be clear that the charges for the excursion to Coco Cay, are for using their equipment, if you have your own equipment, you don't need to purchase the excursion to snorkel. Also, numerous pictures were taken of us during our trip, however, they were not available on the screen when I looked to purchase them. There was one picture available. I usually purchase several pictures from our party of six, however, I was not able to purchase any pictures this year due to their not being available. Our room steward, Randy, was awesome and did an excellent job (a 10). Additionally, the Dining room staff, Milmar and Roque were also very good (10s), even though the food was not. The cruise director was not very engaging, and not much of an influence on our cruise. This was very different than we are used to in other ships. I found the comedian for the final show to be very offensive; it was the worst final show I have ever attended.Embarkation

Eat in the Windjammer-the food was better. The Dining room staff was very good, however, the food was not.
