Cruise with carnival of you want to have fun. Do not choose this cruise if you have young children.

Embarkation

Customer service at embarkation was horrible. After waiting in line the Royal Carribean representative had difficulty entering information from birth certificate. Instead of getting help she continued to try and try again. After a while she finally got help from 2 different people who were also unable to enter the information. Then she decided we should see another representative and instead of sending us to the next open representative she asked us to wait for the one next to her who had just begun checking in 6 people. Our wait time to get on the ship was this tripled by the lack of know-how and common sense.

Almost the same every day. Last nights dinner would be in todays breakfast. Yesterdays desserts would have chocolate added to the top and renamed. Only one ice cream machine was working the whole time. Paid for filet mignon and was served sirloin in the dining room. Room service had the best food but came at a price.

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Staff was rude, unwelcoming and unaccomadating. Lacked common sense. One staff would tell you one thing and another would tell you something else. When asked to use an elevator to disembark because we had a baby carriage we were told we could not and had to carry carriage and baby up the stairs. Not frendly. Often acted like you were an inconvience. Would shove in front of you to get by. Room steward argued with us multiple times when requesting crib even though it was par of our reservation.

Why would they need to enter birth certificate info if all of that is normally done online before check in for the Sea Pass? Sorry you had such a bad experience.

Interesting. I believe this is the first bad review I have read about this ship. I find it hard to believe that you were not allowed to use the elevator with a baby carriage.
