it was easy and fast with no hassle. All staff were very friendly and couldn't do more to help

the food was good but occasionally in the buffet the food hadn't been cooked in time so people were having to wait around while their food went cold on their plates. dinner service was great but the menu didn't seem to change much ; I thought it would be more diverse

dondon in the dining room couldn't help more and remembered our names and drinks choices each nice which was a great touch
