WHAT A NIGHTMARE

Sail Date: February 25, 2007

Reviewed: 8 years ago

Traveled As: Family (young children)

Room Type: Balcony

I HAVE SAILED WITH ROYAL CARRIBEAN 6 TIMES PRIOR TO THIS AND HAVE NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED TILL NOW. THE OVER ALL APPEARENCE AND CONDITION OF THE SHIP WAS NOT KEPT TO THE STANDARDS OF ALL OTHER SHIPS I HAVE BEEN ON WITH R/C. THE STATE ROOMS THE BEDS AND CARPET WERE VERY WORN, THE BEDDING BEING THE WORST.

Pros: THE BEST PART WAS GOING HOME

Cons: THE STAFFS INABILITY TO CARE OR HELP CORRECT PROBLEMS

Recommends Adventure of the Seas? No.

Service and Staff
AFTER RESVATION AND ROOMS ASSIGNMENT WERE ALLWRONG UNWILLING TO HELP.
Ship Quality
FIRST R/C CRUSIES THAT WAS LESS THEN EXCELLENT
Food and Dining
Entertainment
Cabin / Stateroom
THE WORST I EVER HAD FROM R/C.
