Great cruise except weather ruined visit to Auckland and bay of islands ship had to re route to avoid cyclone. Wanted a cruise with an average age group of about 50ish however the average age on this ship would be in the 70s. Can’t see why there would be a night club or basketball ball court when so many elderly cruise with this company. Was told the ship is very similar to celebrity ships. Afraid not even close. Still an enjoyable cruise but the pace was a bit too slow for me.

Overall, It was very relaxing and well organised. Holland America has an air of reliability and we met many passengers who had sailed with them multiple times. We missed two ports and almost missed a third because of storms and it was rainy several days. March is probably not the best time to visit NZ. The day at Milford, Doubtful and Dusky sound was beautiful. We didn’t get much opportunity to use our balcony because of the weather, so not certain it was worth having it. Taking everything into consideration, the cruise was very good value.

Highly recommend the whole experience. Staff were amazing and clearly enjoyed their work.

RC didnt live up to the hype, Carnival is still our favorite cruise line after having now cruised with 4 different companies.

it was a nice CRUISE but it could have been better

The cruise was very good, the ship itself was very good, all ports were good. We really think the ship needs to update their pool towels they are in very poor condition. The food on board was excellent. We found there was no Australian sport televised in the bars etc.

Generally an enjoyable vacation. We were avoiding our winter and definitely enjoyed the warm weather! The Voyager is a midsized ship, which we like. Most of the ports were great. The only port we didn't enjoy was Noumea. Vanuatu and Isle of Pines exceeded our expectations and would like to visit again.

It was a fantastic experience. We are looking forward to our second cruise.

As first time cruisers our experience was memorable along with being pleasurable. Since being back home We have not stopped talking about the whole journey and the effort the team aboard to make this holiday a pleasure. Enjoyed every aspect so much so that we have placed a future booking that will be around July/August 2019. We are extremely pleased with our choice and would recommend this experience to anyone. Great job by all of the Golden Princess, we will return soon!

You make the most of what you can on cruise, friends can be made.

Great time with great people, making many new friends. Comparing the experience with 12 months prior however the food, service and entertainment was noticeably down. The ship looked and felt tired, but cruising is what you make of it, and we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday still.

An overall relaxing holiday, but would exclude Fiji on reflection.

My one criticism is that i bought a ring on board at the Regalia Fine Jewellery and the sales pitch i got at the time was false. I have been trying to contact the Cruise Services by phone and i get a voice message everytime. Nobody takes calls and i have called within the hours stipulated 7 times.

Enjoyed the cruise, prefer a smaller cruise ship, food amazing, company excellent.

Overall I absolutely loved this ship and would love to go in it again

We had the best time even our kids enjoyed ovation of the seas is perfect for family with children

Had a great cruise and a wonderful time in Sydney, disappointed that we missed Akaroa as we had reserved an excursion for the alpine train ride, and Melbourne.
