Review summary
Great time with great people, making many new friends. Comparing the experience with 12 months prior however the food, service and entertainment was noticeably down. The ship looked and felt tired, but cruising is what you make of it, and we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday still.Embarkation
Embarkation was approx 20 minutes from Terminal to Gangway, dream result!!
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
Food was of a good standard, although well below that of 12 months earlier. Crown Grill as good as ever though. Service in Bars, MDR and Horizons also below that of 12 months prior.
Onboard Activities
Mostly Trivia. Seemed to be less events on offer and quality of shows also below what we'd experienced on the same ship 12 months prior.
Entertainment
With the exception of Adam Dean and Keiron the ventriloquist, the entertainment on offer was pretty ordinary
Children's Programs
The kids spent a fair bit of time there and mostly enjoyed it, although their closing/opening hours could have been better.
Service and Staff
Good service in the main, but again, below that of 12 months prior.
