Great cruise......Entertainment was fantastic.....Crew and service staff were excellent. Only negative was the food in the dining room. Quality of the food has deteriorated thruout the years. Everything else onboard was great. We would(and probably will)do this cruise again. Everyone we met onboard were friendly and we met some new, good friends

We had an amazing time on the Sun princess and enjoyed the relaxation.

The onboard entertainment was very well organised, the staff on the ship were very friendly and helpful, we had a great time

Overall the cruise was good. Cruise Director was excellent on stage but we didn't seem him much around the ship. Met plenty of great fellow passengers. We are fans of Celebrity as the ships are always spotless and crew are friendly but this time there didn't seem as much to do on sea days, but we still enjoyed and will travel with Celebrity again.

This cruise was a little disorganised to previous ones we have been on. The ship did look tired and there was something not quite right with the staffing on this cruise. BUT .... we enjoyed every minute of it. Would I do it again? Yes you bet I would! For all the faults, this was a fantastic holiday and we are rather loyal to Celebrity. A cruise is not just about the ship, but what you make it as well!

The ship was in excellent order and clean but the staff really made the cruise awesome

My wife and I have. Takenn(50) cruises and the Ovation rates as high as the best we’ve. Been onboard, the food was very good, service absolutely excellent from every staff member, the room attendant was curtious and helpful. Entertainment was fair but the ship is the best Australia has to offer

This is our first time on a chip as big as the Ovation of the Seas, although it is very nice with a lot of up to date cabins and a variety of recreational activities, we found that this type/size of ship is not for us (couple) without children, but excellent for families. The location of the library is not ideal, as it is part of an open theatre on the upper level ( 2-70 theatre) and that means it is NOT QUIET AREA AT ALL , as this theatre is used for a lot of activities and lectures during the day.

Excellent destinations, especially Bora bora Great water activities at most ports The HAL EXC in depth programme was a great addition giving an all round overview of the region

We wanted to try the Majestic Princess as it is relatively new. It was nice. We thought the crew were a bit preoccupied with each other and the service was a lacking compared to other ships. We enjoyed the cruise and like any holiday, it’s what you make it. We missed not going to Bay of Islands and two of the ports visited were disappointing. I probably wouldn’t take another NZ cruise if it didn’t visit the Bay of Islands.

Very happy for a first cruise & we were told that it will be hard to beat in comparison to other cruise ships. Just needs some tweaks here & there & it could be the best of the best. Overall 8/10

only complaints are the lobster in the burger bar and a lot of the passengers asked for the pool temperature to be warmer but to no avail

One of the best cruises I have been on. It was like little red riding hood... Everything was just right...

I doubt we would bother with Celebrity again. We have had a much better experience elsewhere

Our staff Kanlaya. Lim and Josip were exceptional on Table 125 Deck 3 for Dining. They went above and beyond to look after us. The constant suggestions by staff to buy a Beverage Package or Restaurant Package was annoying. Even after purchasing a Beverage package(Classic) , we were asked to Upgrade.

Too many sea days not enthoing on during the day also some of the shows were pathetic

Great cruise, the HAL staff make the entire trip wonderful. The ship is tired, but the staff and service made the trip excellent. I will be more careful about picking updated ships in the future, but HAL meets all of our needs. Great food, good entertainment, the best of itineraries, other cruisers are mature (like us). We had bridge lessons and organized bridge which helped us meet people and made the sea days very short. If you like sea days this is the itinerary for you.

Awesome cruise. Had some rough seas on the Tasmin Sea! Be prepared if you are prone to motion sickness. Overall, great variety and excellent way to see Australia.

While the Sea Princess overall is a pleasant experience it is showing it's age and could do with a revamp. I was disappointed with the food in Horizons but the a la carte restaurant was excellent. The staff were very good throughout the vessel. I did find the first day a bit bizarre where they drew raffles (which required your presence elsewhere) during the "sail away" party.
