The grossest tea creations are made by pretty boy Milan Savic and his loyal helpers in the International Cafe, located in the Plaza. Captain, I want you to know that Milan is "very" creative... I attempted to order tea. I had the name of the tea and a picture of it on my phone. My husband had previously ordered it, so I knew what to expect. I was very specific that it must be cold. They evidently did not feel like making it as requested, they looked at me laughing, rolling their eyes. They tried to make the tea four times, each time was a disaster. Customers behind me were shaking their heads. Finally, when I mentioned that I wanted to speak to the Hotel General Manager, they walked away and disappeared. I did not receive the correct tea. I immediately reported this to the front desk, showing them the four unsuccessful attempted tea efforts. The front desk staff could not believe the poor results, and how unprofessional they appeared. I also reported this to the Food and Beverage Director. He was apologetic, but I do not know if he took any action. Hopefully, someone will look into this failure of service.

An overall excellent cruise. Food amazing. Staff extremely attentive, nothing was too much trouble.

Disappointing due to having to miss out the ports we went on the cruise to see due to bad weather. Feel more could have been done.

My husband and I enjoyed an amazing cruise and ports for our 30th! The ship is HUUUUGEEEE but it didn't feel overcrowded and we enjoyed whatever we planned on doing or attending. The biggest disappointment was the food in the dining room. It was just average and some dishes were actually bad or tasteless. we ended up eating at the buffet or restaurants but since you had to pay extra that was not desirable to us. We went on recent cruises with Holland America where the food was SO delicious at EVERY meal, that admittedly we were spoiled coming onto this cruise. The staff was wonderful and tried to accommodate any way they could...but some things were lost in translation and other times it was just plain old bad cooking and the chef isn't getting it...Well it wasn't worth ruining our vacation, but we went on travel adviser and found many reviews complaining about the food, so it IS an issue...

I would go again if I could be guaranteed a firmer mattress as going on a cruise for relaxation and restbite would include getting a goodnight sleep and feeling refreshed. The Staff were really friendly and accommodating. .Thanks

This was a test cruise for us with Princess Cruises. We'll definitely be back. The cruise was excellent , food was great, all of the entertainment was genuinely enjoyable. See you again next year for a much longer one.

Weather was a bitch, cold and really windy, but the food and entertainment was excellent, we did have an awesome time aboard.

Would not recommend this line. With so many cruise companies we will look elsewhere for our next cruise.

Itinerary was exceptional. The crew were very pleasant and accommodating.

Good ship. Not too big. The entertainment in the Centrum was a bit crowded.

The staff were excellent and our cabin person was excellent as he couldn’t do enough for you and the atmosphere was great and overall we couldn’t have had a better cruise.

First time on travelling to the South Pacific, expectations were high, weather was not the best and we thought we had picked our sailing for the best time of year. All the Islands had lovey people but found some Islands very expensive for the Aussie $, inconsistant exchange rate and shopping in Noumea was very annoying, but they did make up for it with their excursions.

Enjoyed the adults only pool but sick of tripping over walkers etc

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this trip. I would however like less Hawaiian time and more South Pacific time!

For the most part our cruise was wonderful. Our cabin steward was wonderful and most servers and others were great. Food was great with many choices. However, we chose a balcony room and paid a much higher price for it so we were very disappointed in the obstructed view we received. We could have saved a lot of money with an ocean-view cabin. We are still waiting on a response from Princess which will determine if we go on another Princess Cruise. We have been on many cruises are Platinum with NCL & have never had a balcony with a steel wall railing. So disappointing!

Disappointed in food quality....will be trying a other cruise line next trip
