I would go again if I could be guaranteed a firmer mattress as going on a cruise for relaxation and restbite would include getting a goodnight sleep and feeling refreshed. The Staff were really friendly and accommodating. .Thanks

The Ship did not sale on time as they had ran out of specific alcohol (wine in particular) this was a shame as my family had came down to the Port to see the boat sail away. Also I was expecting a kind of celebration on the top deck but the band that was playing packed up quite a while prior to original time of departure. Also given that the ship was due to sail they should have ensured there was sufficient supplies prior to departure time.

I enjoyed the food however I found it quite bland. I felt there could have been more Asian cuisine put on as an option given the amount of options that you have in the buffet. It was still enjoyable but more variety of other cuisines would have been nice ie Mexican, Spanish...
When I arrived on board about 1pm I went to the bar on the highest deck and requested a SB wine, they did not have any so I had to go to another bar to get this, to which they ran out prior to departing. This was quiet disappointing but I was glad they stocked up as if I couldn't purchase this on my cruise I would have been very disappointed.

There was a good variety of entertainment in the evening. I did not participate in many things in the day time.

Most of the staff were really nice. However, the staff member at the spa was very pushy for me to buy products that I clearly stated I did not want to buy. My experience in the spa was not what I expected as there was lots of noise coming from the area above which ruined the relaxation for me. Given that It was so expensive for a spa treatment I would have expected a discount as she was very aware of it as I complained more than once during the massage process of the noise disturbance.

The ship was layed out well and easy to get around. I found it nice and clean. I would however like to see more environmental friendly options for patrons like if you dont want your towels changed change them on your door or hanger etc as some hotels do this.
Cabin / Stateroom

the room was a good size and very clean. However, the bed was extremely soft and I never slept well the whole trip and ended up with a sore back. The mattress was that soft that you sink in to it as soon as any weight is applied. I require a Medium firm mattress for back support. I dont think a plush mattress is suitable for all patrons.
Ship tip
Check your account daily, I noticed a few incorrect charges on the evening before embarking and tried to get it rectified they gave me another print off and told me this would be done however, several weeks later the original charges have been deducted from my account. I am not too impressed.
