Amazing cruise/cruise ship!! Will definitely be booking another one soon!!

Great time. We would do another cruise on this ship. We also prefer RC as a cruise line

a lot better than expected the crew was very professional friendly and helpful the food was awesome the bedroom and rest of the ship was very clean and spacious.

This was a cruise on a smaller ship. It was disappointing to see that the dress code for gala dinners was not strictly adhered to. On New Years eve there was no balloon drop, just a deck party on the lido.The biggest let down was the lack of Professional entertainment in the theatre at night. Not many activities organised during the day either which was poor, especially on sea days. There was no Destination expert as such and the company running the excursions did not seem to have the knowledge of say Princess staff

It was the most terrible cruise I have been to .Their service was very poor . we had to pay for everything in USD dollar even when the whole trip was happening in Aidtrallia and they didnt tell us while we were booking it .The ship was almost like a retiredment house and we didnt notify about that before .95 percent of people were 65+.Of course they were lovely people but it was not our plan to spend time and our holiday just with reading books and boring/ repeatetive stuff about the sea life ! No entertainment at all .I was in the cruise for 16 days and just 2 nights was musice nights .Absoulutly Nothing to do in the cruise.Food was terrible and every day the same menu without much variety. They droped us on the shore every time we supposed to see different ilands or city , without any transport option and we had to pay extra to get the taxi or any other transports . Not even any help . It was so noisy and we cant sleep well.the beds were not comfortable and I got back pai Their customer service wad very poor and confusing.It was almost waste of money and time to travel with them .The boring ship with no efford to make the guest happy as we were in holiday .It was just about getting your money in any way they could without offering a good service .the only posetive point about them is tsome of room staffs who were friendly.I will never ever travel with them again in my life and If you have plan to do it I shall say you will regret it just like us .I wont recommend them to any people in my network.

Got gastro on first day of boarding. Activities were boaring. New years eve celebrations were inside and boring.

Great experience, great value, very clean, crew extremely nice and polite, everyone works for your comfort. I would choose Norwegian again without a doubt.

The cruise was wonderful. We had fantastic weather & seas were smooth. Food got a bit too much the same & the chef likes to use a lot of salt

This was our second cruise, our first was on the Golden Princess in an inside room.... which I think would have been fine if it were just the 2 of us. But with the kids oh I so loved the balcony and the space that came with the mini suite. We are intending on going on another cruise in 2 years time. The kids club staff were utterly incredible with our little ones especially our moderately autistic son. Unfortunately just like the Golden Princess 2 years earlier Christmas was a let down, no christmas crackers at the table, no real christmas food..... nothing that made it seem any different to any other day. So we are thinking of going in January next time and have Christmas at home. I loved the ship and it truly was an amazing holiday yet again and the whole family can't wait to cruise again.

Great start off cruise and good length. Ship could do with a referb but still very nice. A few little maintenance issues but I would definitely go again.

Loved Tasmania. It is cooler so bring a jacket. Plan on traveling around the island by car.

Sun Princess is a great cruise ship with fantastic friendly staff, great variety of food, & great cocktails too. Shops were good, reasonable prices. International Cafe had great coffee!

Loved the whole experience will def cruise Princess again.

Fantastic cruise for a good taste of what Australia has to offer.

3days at sea with the weather being rainy and windy made it seem longer than usual.

First time on Royal Caribbean and won't be going anywhere else again.

Ovation of the Seas is a beautiful ship, but very large. The Cruise Director Joff and his offsider Angelle were a great entertaining team and really made everyone feel very welcome. The disco's and dance parties were fun so throw in a few dress ups for the cruise, 70's, formal, tropical etc.. The staff were friendly, the food was OK. Take advantage of the shows, they were great. If you are hoping to escape travelling without children, pick outside of school holiday times, there were a lot of kids running and I mean running through the ship. We stayed in the solarium to escape children but we did have to ask the staff to have children removed often! All in all the cruise was great. I would definitely travel Royal Caribbean again. New Zealand was stunning, especially the Fjords! We were lucky and had perfect weather. Pack light, it's really a very casual affair and do take US dollars with you and some NZ dollars for your day trips and purchases.

Highly recommend! Lots of activities. I was concerned about too many children but they most have been busy with all there was for them to do because it was no problem.
