We will not be taking another Celebrity Cruise in our lifetime.

Really great experience overall - more culture than a carribbean vaca but still time to relax and sun.

What an experience! This was our first Celebrity cruise having been on two other cruises through competitors. We chose this cruise because of the reviews and the very interesting itinerary offered. I had concerns about sea sickness due to the choppy seas in this region but we did okay with a patch! I'm so glad we did this trip!

Service is much improved from the last couple years. Overall management seems pretty grim. They all need training at Chick-fil-A or some other good service organization. Smiling and offering to help goes a long way. "Our policy" is not a good answer to anything. Why is it your policy? An additional charge for internet service "because the service that you bought won't work" isn't encouraging. When the additional service you buy still doesn't work "because there aren't many satellites in this are" is even worse. The ship is going back and forth on the same route; don't they know what works?

Great shipboard amenities combined with regular adventure on shore and along the route.

we had a great time, Santiago was interesting, we did the arial tram, the funicular and the tour of Nerudas house.... food was excellent in the city and moving about was so easy...

We were expecting a better experience with NCL, but their sales pitch almost ruined the cruise. They urgently need to improve the on board activities. The staff was very helpful and courteous.

Overall the cruise was good. The scenery cruising through the Chillean fjords was amazing. Rounding the horn was a once in a lifetime adventure. The bar staff and most dining rooms servers were well trained and very friendly. Only real complaint is the over crowded Buffett lines, saving of deck chairs and the rudeness of fellow traveler. Would I cruise with Norwegian again... Yes but find a ship that's not sold out , that has a better space ratio.

Our first and last cruise with MSC. After 34 cruises with NCL, Royal Caribbean, Celebrity, Princess, Holland. We love cruising and due to service, quality of food and hospitality management this was the worst cruise ever. We cruised with other 3 couples and they all got sick and sorry, was their first cruise.

Over all the ship is fine stateroom bathrooms way to small. Main dinning room we went just one time food was not appealing. That was our 61st cruise.

It was a great trip until the two days it took to get home.

We had great weather and saw lots of penguins! Too bad that Princess headquarters did such a terrible job on our embarkation. The top officers on the ship had to bear the brunt of our frustration but they solved everything and proceeded to check on us throughout the cruise. Kudos to them!

Buenos Aires is a fantastic city with interesting neighborhoods and activities like tango dinners. Montevideo and Punta del Este are both interesting and walkable. There is a small, private "Museum of the Andes" in Montevideo that commemorates the 1972 plane crash of the Uruguayan Rugby Team that is very interesting. Rio de Janeiro is another story. We were there during Carnival so it was very crowded. The traffic was often at a standstill for hours due to throngs of people crowding the streets. Two of our tours were canceled with no prior notification, so we had to rely on Uber to get to the main sites. Carnival is definitely not a time to see the major city attractions as there are thousands of people waiting in line for these. The Sambadrome parades are a must with their colorful, intricate dance troops and floats, but be prepared for uncomfortable concrete bleachers, crowded conditions, and lots of body odor. Take your own water, snacks, and toilet paper.

If you’re younger, solo traveler, looking to meet people your age. Don’t book this ship. Book a bigger boat, for 7 days or less in the Caribbean. Not enough time ashore in any given port. If you did an excursion, that’s all the time there was before setting sail again. Crew is overworked, and should get some time to visit ports, or look out a window.

Embarkation was smooth. We loved the itinerary,especially Antarctica, the dining, the dancing, the three production and the lectures. Stewards and dining and other staffs were fantastic, efficient and always greeting us with a smile. Nonetheless, Princess should not cut down on some amernities, eg Bring back coffee cards, no charges on Alfredo's Pizza( we always eat lunch here in previous cruises), Elites should not be charged for Wifi, Restrict the handicap seats for handicap only. Improve disembarkation.

It was a lot of days at sea but it was worth the effort

A wonderful trip exploring an amazing river. Great ship and crew, with outstanding food and service.

Customer service was good. The food was not a good quality.

An enjoyable cruise over the holidays. Antartica is special and the Captain went above and beyond tomato the experience worthwhile
