Never again ! Carnival is very carnivalesque. If this is your first cruise it might be ok and if you have a bunch of kids or are under 22 and want to party hard this might be for you. Do not expect anything luxurious - this is very budget and kid oriented. We called it a floating Las Vegas Motel 6. Customer service is not their goal. We brought on board 2 bottles of expensive wine to share at dinner, but because we missed one small section of the fine print they confiscated it and threw it away. Only because we had them in the incorrect bag - there was no reason to toss $100 worth of wine when they could have had us pick it up after the cruise like any wine people purchased in town, just unnecessary and rude ! We had packed them in our luggage to fly and intended to carry on our own luggage but a porter at the dock insisted he take it on board. We didn't even think that we weren't technically carrying it on at this point and that Carnival would take it and throw it away - what a waste for a technicality ! We had an idea that this cruise would be what it was however it was much worse - one vacation we were glad to be over !

We took our six children ranging in age from 10 to 23. They all had fun doing their own thing. We found that the buffet dining was enough for the younger kids as they were happy with the selections and not having to wait for formal dining. We found it easier and cheaper to do shore excursions on our own. It took more research beforehand but we were ready and had a lot of fun. Would do it again for sure.

We had a great time and would definitely recommend this cruise and ship.

Overall my large group and I enjoyed this cruise. In the future we will definitely be using and carnival. Staff was excellent and there was plenty to do.

This ship is GINORMOUS! There was so much room to move around! And then, we could go to the sanctuary of our cabin (and balcony). Really looking forward to the next one.

Ship was worn and not well maintained. Food ok. Our personal evening dining experience was frustrating because we weren’t all seated together. The staff were wonderful— a redeeming part of the cruise.

We had a great time. The ship wasn't too impressive, given some of the newer, fancier ships out there today, but for our family of 4, with 2 teenagers, we didn't need the 'extras'. Entertainment was really good (better than I've seen on any of our other cruises). Food was outstanding. If you can get the Unlimited Drink Package as a promo..DO IT! Good stuff like Grey Goose...all day long. :)

Again I may have missed it. But please do a tutorial on using the casino and how to use the key card for gambling. We I come back I will have learned how. But people like me will accidentally use the credit card portion of the machine instead of using what you won. That need to change.

This was our first cruise...but not our last... Loved It !

No comment I don't have just to say I really enjoyed myself for the most port I can't wait to get on another hopefully with the kids

It was a nice gesture to give my husband a gift card for his birthday to use at the Spa. I think he would have been able to use it, if it had been in the form of OBC instead.

We had an excellent vacation with Carnival. Waiting 25 years was too long to take our 2nd trip. Looking forward to our next cruise on Carnival!

Our first time on the Mexican Riviera cruise (we usually do the Caribbean).

Good cruise boaring entertainers .You have no people of color in your line up. Just the 4 mediocre caucasian guys and 4 mediocre caucasian girls. Surely you can find some people of color..

Overall this was a very nice cruise. I would definitely cruise with Splendor again!

The ship and crew were great, our shower didn’t drain right, but had a great time.

Not the best experience, buffet room no organization people have to move in their chairs to allow you to get to your table. Not very friendly
