Review summary

It was a nice gesture to give my husband a gift card for his birthday to use at the Spa. I think he would have been able to use it, if it had been in the form of OBC instead.

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
The room was serviced fine, but it would have been nice to meet our steward person on the first day, so we would have know whom to contact. instead we got his card on the last day. I had questions, but did not know who to ask for the things I needed.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
it could be better, but I guess the ship is a little dated.

Cabin / Stateroom

2 out of 5
To close to service areas, so it was quite noise and hard to sleep. The bathroom sink was slow to drain, and I had no idea who my steward was.

Ship tip

If yo want to ensure some sleep, get a room as far away from the service areas as you can.

Ports of call

Long Beach (Los Angeles), California

4 out of 5
Small and easy to get around.

Catalina Island, California

3 out of 5
Beautiful place to visit. However, because everything is shipped in, everything is very expensive.

Ensenada, Mexico

4 out of 5
As long as you book your excursion with the cruise, you're safe and are guaranteed to return on time.

Disembarkation

4 out of 5
It was very organized and easy to get out.
