Mexico Cruise Reviews

A very relaxing time. The staff was awesome. They treated guests like family; no one felt left out. There was always something to do, dining was great, drinks were good. What more could you ask for?

Overall it was a very good cruise. I was impressed with the cleanliness of our state room and really enjoyed the entertainment. The one thing Carnival must work on is their App. The App is great for telling you what going on now and where to find it but the messaging part was not great. Our trip was 1/2 business and 1/2 pleasure and there were 19 of us. The App needs to provide more of an alert. We'd only be alerted when we went into the App, which made communicating with everyone very difficult. Also, having everyone pay $5 was not worth it.

From start to finish, our cruise was really great. My husband and I are very go with the flow type of people and didn’t let a whole lot bother us. We did notice that there were several people around us complaining about one thing or another. Our few complaints surrounded around the pushiness of the up-selling from the staff and the debacle I experienced in the spa with my mani/pedi.

Overall, we enjoyed this cruise. I just wished it had not been so cold but any vacation is what you make it. If I can deal with the 3 hour time difference, I just know next time wait until closer to spring to do this itinerary.

We enjoyed our cruise but were a bit disappointed with the layout and style of the NEW ship. Some how they made a bigger ship seem very small and a special trip seem mediocre. All in all the Panorama seems minimal and about efficiency at the expense of the cruiser.

I am diabetic and requested a sharpie box for room with booking Agent and there was one never placed inside my room. My Husband was going to come too on cruise and I am glad he didn't come because of room size for the other two adults that did come one had to sleep on floor trundle which made the room even more smaller. I would have rather had four bunk beds. It was very very uncomfortable lodging like that and I am Old disabled not okay. One of your Quest service staff a male was very unprofessional he acted as if he was irritated with the questions we asked and dismissed us not cool. You showtime Diva show had two token blacks the rest of performers were white mix it up even more diversity is key. DJ's in club need to play more updated music that still the same mix it up.

Make sure you check your dates and the weather rough seas are no fun on your first excursion you may only want to do 3 days to start.

I wouldn't do it again and, had I known I wouldn't have bothered in the first place. I've always loved cruising and I've spent 42 days onboard with Carnival before but this trip was not worth it. A VERY heavy cigarette/cigar smoke smell hit you every time you walked inside from the Lido deck...if you have problems with that smell, this is not going to be fun for you. Blecht.

I would go again and bring friends. The ship was beautiful, the musicals were the best.

This is a very large ship, and there are some large crowds once again. Only had a few instances where we couldn't find a seat for whatever we wanted to do though.

Carnaval Imagination should have been retired a while ago. It doesn`t give you a modern cruise ship experience.
