Do not take this cruise until Carnival gets more parking and better traffic flow for drop off and pick up of passengers.

WE had a great time, the staff was amazing food was really good, and the boarding process went very quickly and smoothly, this was my first cruise and defiantly will not be my last on this boat. The bartenders at the violin bar where the best and the steward on deck R was great. Ship is also really easy to navigate through, Thanks, again for a great time

This cruise is a solid 2.5-3 stars. You do get what you pay for. It was my first cruise so I do not have much to compare it to. Got an ocean view room thankfully as the other ones were too dreary and only OK if you’re never in your room. The pool was TINNNNYYY. The slides for the kids were super fun, my daughter loved it. Food is just OK. Basic buffet/free food taste. Drinks aren’t that great. Room honestly kind of smelled. All in all, it’s worth the $$ you spend. However, I likely will not be headed back on this ship.

We were disappointed in the pool as I mentioned. The rocking and rolling of the ship was difficult. We heard others saying the same thing. The food was not what was expected. I have always heard the food was fantastic on cruises. It was sub par in the buffet and only alright in the dining area. The state rooms and Comelo were great. Although our bathroom started to have a sewage smell in it. The other state room did not. I would not do this cruise again.

Easy embarkation/debarkation. Friendly staff. Lots of food. Lots of thing to do in the ship. Entertainment for all ages. We enjoyed the comedy shows. Pictures I think are overpriced!!! But overall We had a wonderful time!

Enjoyed our first ride. Unfortunately we can’t go to Cabo San Lucas due to hurricane but received 100% credit for our future cruise which I felt customers were well treated with care, even by the weather reason. Totally different from airline companies.

Carnival did offer another cruise 100% comparable to what we spent so not all was lost and they did honor the credit which was already applied to a future trip and booked; we are super excited😉😬

The dinner food was very poor quality. The fist on our fist night was so fishy half of the people in our party returned it. My steak was also very hard to chew. On our last night I ordered pork loin and the meet was so tough it was like I was sawing a piece of wood and the knife didn't even make a dent. I did not eat it.

The entertainment and activities were great. The food could taste a little better with more flavor, somewhat bland. Good breakfasts and dining options throughout the day. The pools were overcrowded.

It was ok for the most part. I found it infuriating that no one would believe me that I paid for stuff online before sailing. Then I had to spend the money all over again. The internet package that costs $50 doesn’t work and they don’t care.

Everything was one of my best experience I have had. I would recommend this cruise

Staff members in the dining room Syaiful and Roby were so great and Wi our cabin steward did a good job as well!

Glad we did a cruise, but the food is simply average. The days of good food regardless of on the buffet or in the dining room seem to be gone. The cruise line should find a better destination than Ensenada Mexico - a impoverished town with high crime.

I had a wonderful time however the bathroom towels we're still dirty. There were gnats in my room The animals decor towels had a dirt stain on it.

Had a great time but honestly bummed there was no sky ride (teenager and hubby were looking forward to it)!

The staff in the Pride Dining Room whom served us for 4 of the 5 days were exceptional: Robert, Leonard and I believe Erika. They were exceptionally attentive, pleasant and made meals enjoyable. Edi made up the room daily and we loved his cute little towel creations. Anything we asked for he was quick to take care of it. The entire staff everywhere were clearly hard workers and there for us. We did have one bad experience in the dining room but it was taken care of the next day by the manager.

We had a blast. Love everything. Food was great. All staffs were very friendly.

Overall experience is great. Although the surcharges seems to turn into an expensive trip. That said, I would still rate it very high as we had a great trip with the family. The SPA was phenomenal, the chef and servers were all amazing.
