Review summary

We were disappointed in the pool as I mentioned. The rocking and rolling of the ship was difficult. We heard others saying the same thing. The food was not what was expected. I have always heard the food was fantastic on cruises. It was sub par in the buffet and only alright in the dining area. The state rooms and Comelo were great. Although our bathroom started to have a sewage smell in it. The other state room did not. I would not do this cruise again.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
I was expecting fantastic food. The buffet was poor and, the restaurants were just okay. Nothing to rave about. The staff was fantastic.

Onboard Activities

The swimming pool was a huge disappointment. It was small and crowded. Looked nothing like the pictures when I was making reservations. The Chocolate extravaganza was a joke. The Trivia contest only lasted a short time.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
France in the restaurant was fantastic and we loved Comelo who took care of us in our rooms. He was a joy to be around and took care of our every need.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
The ship rocked and rolled so much we were sick most of the time. The common areas were always a mess. In fact my daughter went to use the public restroom and there was excrement all over the floor and had been walked in and smeared all over. Both of my daughters had two separated bad experiences in the public restrooms. I do not think it was the staffs fault as much as the people on the ship did not seem to care about their surroundings.

Sorry it was so lame. Been on many cruises including that one. Didn’t like that cruise either... Try one in the Caribbean. Whole different (better) experience.
