Ship was older than expected. The entertainment was not very good.

I have taken other cruises in the past but this was my first in the Pacific. I have to say the boat moves more on the waves than I thought. Defiantly do not do this cruise if you get motion sickness. The food was ok, but not great. The entertainment was high school level except the Polynesia group, they were great. Do not book any exertions go off the boat and get the same thing for $100 cheaper.

Skyline main dining room was a noisy as a diner. Wife indicated the salmon had no flavor. My New York Strip steak tasted on like warm grease. Waiter whistling while he work worked and was generally rude. The assistant waiter was fine. The Aloha buffet food was repetitive and of poor quality.

The itinerary and ability to see many Hawaiian Islands is unbeatable but the on board experience is just average. In port excursions booked through NCL were outstanding!

The food was decent, not quite as good as some other cruises I have been on, but our dinner waiter made every night great! There were 13 of us on board, ranging in ages from 10 - 80 years old. All of our biggest dissapointments was that there was no real night entertainment on board. No night club and the shows that we did attend were poor. But Hawaii itself was wonderful and this was the easiest way to island hop!

The ship was nice but the cabins were very small. Even with a balcony, the room seemed small and cramped.

The cruise personnel were very pleasant and helpful with strong customer service focus. Accomodations were excellent and the overall ship ammenities were very good. Unfortunately, I thought the food was pretty marginal in the main dinning rooms but you could get the "better" food at the "additional charge" in their speciality restaurants. Felt a little "nickle and dimed" by all the additional charges (cokes, food, etc).

Ship was clean and laid out easy enough. Decor is a little over the top. Typical cruise food. Speciality restaurants were very good. Italian and Steakhouse. Drinks were expensive. Beer bucket best value. Rooms were clean an balcony well worth the price!

Great Cruise, two of the tours were not the best

Starting at the airport, no porters to help with luggage from baggage claim to buses and from cruise terminal to inside. Food was well below what I have experienced on other cruises ( Royal Caribbean, Carnival, Princess, Celebrity). The Menu was basically the same every night. The breakfast was the best meal of the day. Staff was not friendly. If ypu needed a re-fill on drinks, you had to go and get it yoursef .The room Steward was Great and kept the room clean all the time when we were gone

Crew was excellent but the food and entertainment left much to be desired. Not sure if would recommend to any friends.

Good ship but a little smaller than I expected

nice ship, bigger than i thought it would be, not enought things to do that were interesting to me. too many shows/movie repeats on the trip back. card making was a joke, nothing there to make mothers day cards with and that was the name of the class.

RC had little planned for the 5 days of cruising to Vancouver. The weather was not good and you could not hang out at the pool and there were not enough accommodations in the Solarium for the amount of people on the ship that wanted to be there. Since we live on the East Coast I would NEVER do this cruise again because the travel time is too much.

When picking a ship make sure its not to old. This ship was being worked on all the time. The food was the same thing every day at the buffet. And I do mean the same thing !!!!
