Nice ship, average food.

Excellent!..Very clean! Well arranged signage..Big, but mobile!

I found the food at Cagney's amazing. However the food at "Manhattan" and "Taste" was just so so. The meat was dry (overcooked).

Couldn't figure out why there were film characters in a parade. This was not a children's cruise. Main promenade area was dark and crowded.

The ship was impressive in every way; Clean, well managed, well driven (the captain and crew kept us safe and on time) and activities were well planned. Dining was a wonderful.

The ship was very clean with professional and courteous staff. Plenty of room to move around.

Overall it was a good cruise, we would definately cruise again with Royal Caribben

Nice ship, nothing really special but we were there for the port of calls and not the ship.

State room smaller than previous cruise ships

The ship was the most beautiful NCL one we've been on. Everything was classy. Even though it is the oldest in NCL's fleet, it is the best maintained.

The ship is good and the staff is excellent. The ship is very well run from the operation to the cruise staff. My family (children 9 and 11) all had a great time.

Overall I was really impressed with the ship. It was beautiful and extremely well maintained and spotless.

This is a fantastic and beautiful ship. The crew (with a few exceptions) is friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the non-smoking areas (esp. the smoke-free balconies!), the jazz music, and the ports of call. For the price, the Splendida can't be beat!

Overall, the ship's decor was outdated. The staff was rude and unwilling to help in many cases, let alone going above and beyond the call of good customer service. The food was substandard. I have never been in jail or prison, but I would assume that the food on the ship would be comparable to prison food. For the most part, I ate bread and butter on the ship. We were celebrating a birthday and the staff had to be reminded several times. When they finally did bring the cake, (for which they wanted to charge an extra 11 Euros), they brought it to the other family dining with us and sang happy birthday to them. The entertainment was also substandard and not much to choose from.

This ship was stunning! Clean lines, fresh bright colors and great use of space. Dining areas were spacious public areas with good traffic flow. Never seemed congested and the cruise was sold out.
