A lot To be desired !!! by ElizabethR2

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)
Ship: MSC Orchestra / Destination: Europe - Western Mediterranean

It is sad to report that the company MSC wants to make money on everything including water.REALLY?? I was so surprised since this was my first ever cruise! I think that we should be able to eat at any restaurant on the ship for free. We were only allowed to eat in certain places and the food was not good. I am emabarassed for the Italian food served on this Italian cruise ship! I would not recommend this ship or cruise line for those reasons!

The best yet! by JimI2

Sail date: / Traveled as:
Ship: Celebrity Silhouette / Destination: Europe - Western Mediterranean

Celebrity goes a long way to make passengers' feel cared for and pampered. Their staff is extraordinarily friendly and helpful. The food is plentiful and good. The specialty restaurants are superb and well work the extra money.

Amazing facilities and itinerary by EnriqueS

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (young children)
Ship: Liberty of the Seas / Destination: Europe - Western Mediterranean

I liked a lot the ship, the huge promenade, having shops and addtional alternatives (even if they charge for them). Has a lot of activities for children all ages (ice skating, climbing wall and surfing). The downside is that food is not very good in the main dining room (is probably better in the buffet)

The ship is huge and provides a lot of options for everyone. The shows are awesome, has many activities for any types of interest. Food is average.

Excellent overall! by BrookeL23755755

Sail date: / Traveled as: Singles/Friends
Ship: Norwegian Epic / Destination: Europe - Western Mediterranean

We were very pleased with all aspects of the Epic. The room was quite nice for a cruise ship cabin, especially the shower, which was surprisingly large. Loved having the balcony, which was also well-sized for a cruise ship. The buffet food was decent; the sit-down restaurants (both the included ones and the specialty) were excellent. We were also pleased with the entertainment that we saw, which included the Blue Man Group, Howl at the Moon, and several of the \"game show\" style shows at the Atrium. Our only gripe about the entire experience was the obnoxious kids who insisted on running down the hallway through the cabin area at night.

Very below average cruise. by MarkO

Sail date: / Traveled as: Large Group
Ship: Nieuw Amsterdam / Destination: Europe - Western Mediterranean

I thought that the ship was poorly laid out. The 10th and 11th floors were in 3 seperate sections. To go form one to the other you had to go down to deck 9 walk through the pool area to get to another section.

more than expected by Shoshana

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Adventure of the Seas / Destination: Europe - Western Mediterranean

age 50-65 it was our second cruise, so we knew what to expect, and still it was better than expected. the reason may be that we were a group of 12 persons and the first time we were alone.

Loved this cruise! by MargaretM3

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Adventure of the Seas / Destination: Europe - Western Mediterranean

We have cruised 6 times with three lines. Royal Caribbean is hard to beat! The ship was clean, service great and our itinerary on the Med. cruise was just what we wanted. Enjoyed both the Vivaldi Dining Room, and the Windjammer Buffet. Plenty of choices, although it would have been nice to have the steak/lobster entree without extra charge. I was amazed at the effeciency of RC in getting us ashore at ports-of-call. No waiting at all. In fact the only waitig at all was for elevators. They did not seem very effecient! Overall, I give RC a very high rating and highly recommend this cruise.

an enjoyable cruise by MaueenO

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)
Ship: Riviera / Destination: Europe - Western Mediterranean

The ship was beautiful, the dining rooms all great as was the service. The few faults was the tender to leave the ship in Molnte Carlo. Passengers had to wait while staff unloaded supplies. On the return to the ship the tender would not start. Both delays caused more than l.5 hours of our time

Honeymooners, Nice Ship, Bad Food! by Cole90255388

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Norwegian Epic / Destination: Europe - Western Mediterranean

Overall the cruise was fun, good experience and nice ports to stop at. Don't be afraid to get on a train in Naples and Cannes, you see way more than paying for an excursion. Definitely do an excursion in Rome, we did the Vatican tour had a blast, just only a few minutes to shop which was a bummer. The Pisa excursion is a must, better than Florence but all on what you want to see. Livorno, Naples and Marseille are kind of sketchy not much to see. We were on our honeymoon and first time cruisers in Europe this is a great way to see beautiful places and definitely stay in Barcelona for a few days, the food and city is wonderful!

Awesome cruise by MichelleC1

Sail date: / Traveled as: Singles/Friends
Ship: Liberty of the Seas / Destination: Europe - Western Mediterranean

RC Liberty of the Sea was a beautiful ship. We had a great time on our cruise. The ship is clean and the staff is very personable. The 7 days were just the right amount of time to be away, it wasn't too long and you didn't feel like it wasn't long enough.
