A lively, well planned cruise with lots of activities for all ages, good ports and great fun onboard

I loved it really good shows and really nice people

The cruise itinerary was one of the best. Sadly we missed three important ports due to engine issues.

I made an incredible trip. The script was very good, the ground tours were great. I recommend knowing this itinerary

Good. Would havr liked to know that some of the ports are too far from the main city centre.

It was very interesting and we enjoyed The twelve days. Room steward was very invisible. Excursions were not great

A lot of people are lazy and get on buses to follow the masses or sit at the bar. Take some time to plan your own schedule and you will have a fabulous time.

We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary on this cruise. The staff of celebrity treated us like royalty. The food and service was wonderful. The few times there were issues, they were fixed quickly and with apologies. One thing we would do differently in the future is choose a cruise with a few more sea days. We needed the sea days to rest after the port days. Loved it all!

Excellent cruise. We had a great time met a lot of nice people and the staff was always excellent.

Very disappointed in not getting help printing out boarding pass. We did not buy the computer package, but service should come over making a buck! They need a computer & printer like the hotels have for this Purpose.

Great cruise.. can’t help the weather and mechanical problems. Does seem strange that they are doing ship upgrades while on a cruise.. I think moving to medallion class...

We had a delayed boarding in Dublin and told to go to the Hilton for a hospitality suite but there was not enough space and no food and my family and I sat on the floor of an empty conference room for hours and ordered our own food. Unlike a lot of other passengers we didn't complain about this. But then on the ship I was profiled and insulted by staff and their manager and when I complained to guest services they investigated but never offered me anything but a sorry and told me that they couldn't find the people involved but were having the staff retrained. The response was not sufficient or appropriate. I've spent valuable vacation time trying to deal with this situation. When I told Jody, the client relations manager, that I'm glad that I was able to point out a problem so that they could restrained their staff but she didn't say anything or offer anything to me to address my bad feeling about the cruise and the staff, he responded that I didn't ask for anything and that they didn't want to offer anything because she didn't want to insult me in case it wasn't enough. When I said that sorry wasn't good enough and that they should have done something more he brushed me off and said that there was obviously nothing that he could do for me on the cruise and so he would send my complaint to corporate and I could deal with them after the cruise. I was appalled about the guest service department's response to my complaint about the incident, which they all agreed was a horrible experience for a guest. In addition, we've had a bad experience with the a/c in our room and all the technology on the ship - bad wifi that we paid for, TV problems and electrical problems with the lights and TV- probably all due to the change over to the Medallion technology while we've been on the cruise.

This was such a nice relaxing cruise. The whale watching in Iceland was excellent, we ate in Tuscan that night so we could continue to see the whales and saw many more as we sailed out. I recommend packing a nice breathable rain jacket, a headband to cover your ears (it is windy) and a fleece jacket or vest under the jacket when going to Northern Europe.

As you can see it was an amazing cruise.Great shame she is being sold.

Overall a fantastic cruise. The ship and all the crew were fantastic. Would miss out La Palma. Not much to do if you don’t like going on vertigo enduring journey. The art classes were great. It is very sad that Oriana is leaving the fleet. She is by far my favourite.

Azamara excel with excellent customer service providing wonderful experiences and opportunities you only dreamed of. When I thought they couldn’t make it any better they managed to continue to impress! Loved our cruise from beginning to end.

The ports were wonderful, the ship was nice, the food was good, things were clean, but there wasn't enough to do in the evenings. I missed some of the entertainment because we did early supper and I was disappointed to have missed the local talent.

We selected this ship and cruise as a tester for our children (both autistic) to see how they would like a cruise. It was a roaring success. Fantastic ship with great facilities. We all had a memorable time. Cannot wait for another cruise!
