The celebrity Apex is a beautiful and very comfortable ship. The buffet has huge variety. Al Bacio is a wonderful venue for a cappuccino and sweet. The staff is superlative.

The cruise was spectacular, from the dining, to the shows, activities and excursions. The only issue was the mattress. It was hard and very uncomfortable. It was hard to sleep in and I woke up with back pain every night. Royal Caribbean can do better I think in this area. CASPER mattresses or quality mattress toppers.

We loved Princess before Carnival bought it and this is first sailing since that occurred. Bottom line is everything is average now nothing is spectacular like the old days. This won’t matter for new cruisers who don’t know the difference

We were a group of six and enjoyed the cruise and all ports.

1. Excellent itinerary; 2. Great Cruise Director (the best ever); 3. Excellent entertainment (except for the Wave Bender band) (House Band was Great); 4. Dining Room meals were 40% very good and 60% average; 5. Drinks: weak and small 6. Notable excellent staff - Servers: Lyndon, Vinay, Byron Cabin Steward: Nikko, Captain: Michael; 7. My Time Dining was Their Time Dining : ( ; 8. Ship: Not bad for its age, cabins showed age; Overall: Not Bad except for ROYAL UP SCAM! In the end we had a good time.

Read the description for the cruise carefully. Descriptions are written in nice marketing words, which may not reflect what you actually observe. Calculate the total cost of everything (including shore excursions and other extras) then decide if the cost matches the actual offering? If you set your expectations based on actual cost you may be satisfied with the offerings. Do you mind being solicited to buy extras, even while you’re eating your dinner?

The staff was fantastic, the itinerary was terrific, especially since we went to Bruge ,Belguim which was an expected pleasure. This should be on the itinerary permanently. The food was good in windjammer and the crown & anchor lounge was a pleasure. We had a terrific cruise with many unexpected pleasant surprises along the way. Food was very good and we especially enjoyed Chops and the Chef’s Table.

If you're looking for an introduction to the UK this is an excellent choice. Spending one day in the ports of call was simply not enough to really get to know a city/port/area. But we have notes on what to see on our next trip.

Terrific Itinerary with excellent service for the most part. We had a wonderful vacation. the tour guides were excellent, the ship was really nice, the service was excellent. The only glitches were the waiting times to get back on the ship at the Tender ports. Otherwise the trip was excellent.

We had a wonderful time. Even if the captain had to cancel the Dingle port due to rough seas.

This was a great trip with good ports. We recommend tours while in the big cities. Cruise ship was really good.

Food terrible on the ship...room noisy at night...service mediocre

We really enjoyed this cruise, our first 12 day cruise. The average age was probably 75, older than we are, so some of the shows weren't necessarily our style. It is hard to please everyone! all in all, I'd recommend this trip!

We loved the smaller Viking ship. The Cruise Director was wonderful. Excellent food in all restaurants and eateries. My wife especially liked the free laundry facility on each deck.

The weather was rainy all 9 days and the ride was quite bumpy, but lots of memories were made and I loved every minute of it.

Would recommend this as a taste of Europe. Would love to see more like this

Due to the season, weather and itinerary, this was a much older crowd than any other cruise we had ever experienced which was a great thing for us. There were very few kids onboard. Regal Princess is a beautiful ship. We loved this cruise!
