I was so disappointed with NCL that we will not cruise with them again. Food was giant disappointment.

For the price, it was a decent time. The fact that there were stops every day made the fact that the food wasn't so great tolerable. Also, the fact that we were off the boat every day also made up for the lack of entertainment. If we had a full day at sea, I think that it would have been tedious. Also, the fact that my children were older made the fact that the children's area wasn't the greatest something we could accommodate.

Bed need to be changed (hurt my back). Hotel service charge should be upfront.

I had high expectations for this cruise and they were all met. The food was delicious, the staff was very helpful and polite, the cruise activities were fun and exciting. This is a great cruise to go with your family.

CELEBRATED OUR 50TH ANNIVERSARY. THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS FRIENDS BACK HOME PAID AND ORDERED ANNIVERSARY DECORATIONS FOR ROOM. WAS TO BE A SURPRIZE. RC FAILED TO DECORATE AND THEY HAD TO CONTACT ME AND I HAD TO GO TO GUEST SERVICES TO ASK THEM TO REFUND THEIR MONEY. DISAPPOINTED ME. OTHERWISE, THE BEST CRUISE I'VE EVER BEEN ON.

Had a very nice cruise on the Jewel. Fantastic itinerary. Ship is well laid out and easy to navigate. Staff were still all very friendly even with the prepaid gratuities. Food and service in the Tides was excellent. The entertainment was a little less than we expected. Don't expect to watch much of anything worthwhile except commercials on the in room TVs.

Our first cruise on Crystal and loved it. Can’t wait for the next one!!!

This was our second Crystal Cruise and wish we could go on one every year. This is the number one cruise line in my opinion

This was the first cruise our family of 6 has ever been on and we were amazed at the whole experience. The ship was very clean, the food was amazing and the entertainment was awesome! I would recommend to anyone

Simply an awesome cruise from all perspectives! All connections were on time. All the shore excursions were wonderful. The skip-the-line tour of Vatican City and the Tuscan Farmhouse tour standout. Our ship room was very comfortable, always had a wonderful view from our balcony, and all staff were very friendly. We fully enjoyed ourselves. Awesome!

Overall, this was a great cruise. Any improvements would mostly be in the excursions. Some guides were wonderful to be with and informative. Others, not. Also, the activity levels need to be accurate and a full description should be included, and the guides should be asked to adhere to the information we guests signed up for. A good example happened in Rome on the last day. The guide provided a far different tour than what was described and activity level was way off.

Pretty ship. Small cabin not as nice as previous Azamara ships. Food was not as good as on previous trips

No juice justo some day or moments. The juice were awfull. Desserts were almost an okay

Wonderful cruise. The weather was cloudy and rainy on the trip up the Adriatic, but the sites were terrific. Loved the pre-cruise extension in Athens. Had a tremendous guide (Eva) and host at the hotel (Emma).

Actually, we enjoyed the trip. The cruise experience was very dissatisfying. The dining room was OK the food was very small portions and average at best. Our server Lee did an awesome job. Everyone that we encountered on the staff was courteous and kind, however, Most of the passengers, did not speak English and work exceptionally rude and discourteous. Having read other reviews we were not really expecting much from Costa. We thoroughly enjoyed the ports of call. The buffet was sorry. The entertainment was worse. This is the first time that I have cruised (16 cruise) where there was not coffee available in the buffet area. Oh, they had dispensers but there was not one time when I went for coffee that it was operating. Also, the only pizza they had to offer you had to pay for. It was marginal. The birthday hours were very limited. Overall, there were very few dining choices or options. If you have cruised other cruise lines in the past and you are cruising with Costa, go into it with the attitude that it is going to be way less than what you have been used to. We chose this particular cruise because of the itinerary and the price. We purchased a mini suite for a very reasonable price and it was fine. I will steward did an OK job. We had to ask for wash clause the first several days before he brought them without asking. Also, we had our do not disturb sign up one day and he knocked on the door wanting our shower curtain (830 in the morning) Telling us he would replace it later on in the day. We had not taken our showers yet, I told him that was unacceptable. Other than those two things he did a good job. It is highly unlikely that we will ever choose Costa it again.

Went for our honeymoon and met a handful of other "young professional" type travelers. The majority of guests are older adults my parent's age.

Lived the cruise overall. Lots of excellent ports and entertainment was amazing. Few minor boat gripes and the tendering was terrible.
