Beautiful ship, wonderful itinerary, tiny pools and the worst main theater shows than any cruise we have been on.

Mediterranean Cruise by NickiN

The ship is laid out well, large and spacious, yet easy to navigate. The decor is lovely and the stateroom did not feel cramped.

Lively but Noisy by RalphM25402932

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Carnival Breeze / Destination: Europe - Mediterranean

The ship was beautiful. The dining options were good. Sunshine and sunbathing were great. Music was often played too loud, making it difficult to maintain conversation. Children often ran through halls and the lobby, and played on elevators. It was difficult to find deck chairs because people placed belongings on them but left the chairs uninhabited for hours. Cigarette smoke often drifted onto our balcony, which was on the highest floor (12). Our steward was polite and efficient and friendly. The drinks were over-priced. Our six excursions were all wonderful, except for one lousy lunch.

great cruise by TomC2

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Celebrity Solstice / Destination: Europe - Western Mediterranean

Wonderful elegant ship. The real grass lawn and glass blowing demonstrations on the 15th deck were truly unique. The production shows were the best we've seen on any ship. The Tribute to Broadway show and the Cirque Du Soleil type show were amazing. The main dining room meals were great but the speciality restaurants Marano and Tuscan Grill were a surpurb choice. The staterooms are appointed very well and beautifully decorated.

a fun and educational cruise by SandyR1

Sail date: / Traveled as: Singles/Friends
Ship: Celebrity Silhouette / Destination: Europe - Eastern Mediterranean

The ship had all the amenities that I could think of. I would have liked more in depth free art classes and better quality and quantity of art materials. As for food I would have liked to have more cakes for desert rather than the mouses.

Great Cruise for History Buffs! by JudithB93844176

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)
Ship: Navigator of the Seas / Destination: Europe - Eastern Mediterranean

Beautiful ship and design. Spacious stateroom, gorgeous dining room. We found our way around easily. This ship is comparable to a Deluxe Hotel, and with a few exceptions, the service was quite good. Registration/check-in at the pier went quickly and easily. Very low stress.

The staff was wonderful from the dining room servers - Edgar and Ronald to our room housekeeper. The tours were very good in each of the ports. I would recommend them. The guides were very professional and well educated.

TRIP FROM HELL by LarryM7

Sail date: / Traveled as: Large Group
Ship: Splendour of the Seas / Destination: Europe - Eastern Mediterranean

The Ship was Horrible! Couldn't sleep at night because kids ran all over the ship screaming and stomping on our Deck and the Deck above us! This went on EVERY night around Midnight and 1 AM...They were from BRAZIL, and when Security went to speak with the parents...the NOISE got WORSE....it was a NIGHTMARE! These kids ranged from 6yrs to 9yrs. They should have been in BED!! Also, young girls would literally STRIP out in the open by the SOLARIUM and change from one swimsuit to another, AND most of the Brazillian Women wore NO underwear and you could see EVERYTHING as they walked up the stairs!! Horrible, nasty people....would NEVER recommend this Cruise to my worst enemy!!!

Family cruise by JoseM2

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)
Ship: Seven Seas Mariner / Destination: Europe - Mediterranean

This ship provides an excelent cruising experience. I have sailed the Mariner several times and this time I noticed a reduction of personnel that impacts somehow the level of service. The staff tries their best but additional help would be welcomed.

If you were only going on one cruise.... by TomW83547225

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Celebrity Solstice / Destination: Europe - Eastern Mediterranean

My wife and I have cruised many times, but this cruise on The Celebrity Solstice in the Eastern Med was fantastic! We upgraded to an Aqua Class cabin and found it to be woth the extra money. We loved the exclusive \"Blu\" dining room! Our waiter's assistant \"Lucky\" Luciano was so enthusiastic and helpful. Overall the ship is very modern and in fact we hardly noticed that it was moving except while docking in port! The bed was super comfy and the stateroom was very comfortable and large. It was nice to have a balcony to relax on too! We met wonderful people on board, the food was plentiful and fantastic. We couldn't recommend this cruise ship and company any higher!

Very enjoyable trip; nice new ship by KristinS

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)
Ship: Carnival Breeze / Destination: Europe - Eastern Mediterranean

Very enjoyable trip; nice new shipThe Carnival Breeze! Good balance of activities and shows, slightly crowded, a few design flaws, good food options, excellent staff. We did the 12 day round trip out of Barcelona on July 21, 12. It was a very intense port schedule. We wanted to get everything out of each port day because it was our first (or first time in 20 years) to Europe. One of the design flaws was having rooms under the galley without enough sound proofing. So if you want to sleep, avoid aft cove balconies, especially where the steam pipes go in.

Great destinations ok service. by Cb70791279

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)
Ship: Norwegian Spirit / Destination: Europe - Eastern Mediterranean

Older ship in pretty good shape. The freestyle dining was marginal as the food was the same in the main restaurants. The entertainment was good. The destinations excellent., that's the reason to take the cruise.
