The ship was great but we would not use Delta again. They were rude and unhelpful. We booked our entire trip with them at considerable cost. When there was a delay, they were unhelpful and reminded us repeatedly that we were not Gold or Platnium cardholders. Their priority is to assist those customers.

We recently sailed aboard the Celbrity Silhouette. This is now one of our favorite ships. We thoroughly enjoyed the adult pool. The professional, friendly staff exceeded our expectations. We feel so at home on Celebrity. All the little extras such as the cold towels on the pier and the welcome back after excursions are fantastic. The excursions themselves were educational, fun well planned, and safe. Thank you for a great experience.

Everything about the ship was first rate, including appearance, cleanliness, facilities, entertainment, and especially the staff.

I would highly recommend Celebrity we had wonderful experience on this and another cruise.

The Ship was very clean and beautiful. The staff was exceptional. Please work on the internet service and WiFi. Also, we would like to more updated slots in the casino.

Overall the ship was clean, cabin staff professional, but buffet dinning mediocre. Thank goodness for the main dinning menus and food.

The islands were amazing but the ship was less than good. Way to many people on the ship. Every where you go you are crammed. Trying to find a seat for a show, on the pool deck, for lunch, etc. is just to difficult. The alcohol is quite expensive, especially since there is a 15% gratuity added to every drink no matter what. A beer is 6 dollars for heavens sake. All in all, the places we visited were fantastic, however the cruise/boat itself I would not recommend. The staffers were great but that cant make the ship worthwhile when you are packed in liked sardines.

The ship is beautiful, in fact it is elegant. It is clean, it is efficient, and the staff is a treat.

The ship was very nice, clean. The crew had a problem with the English language and the need it to know more about places in the ship and activities.

The ship, facilities, and entertainment are excellent. The staff are very cheerful and very helpful. Prices for wine and cocktails are very high considering the voyage qualifies for duty free prices. The ice show was exceptional and the entertainment in the many bars and clubs was wonderful.

I can't fully express just how much we enjoyed our time on this cruise. the staff was exceptional (Rey our waiter, Jackie our room attendant, Denise in Chops Grill and even Owens behind the counter serving snacks on the promenade.).

RCL did a great job with service and personal care of its passengers. Our Cabin Steward, Wait Staff were excellent and helped make the trip memorable.

The ship was beautiful and the amenities were top notch. The service was great and so was the food. I enjoyed all visiting all of the Greek Isles as well as Venice. The excursions organized by Norwegian were very exciting and well priced. Unfortunately, some of the excursions that involved hiking or biking (or any type of strenuous physical activity) were cancelled because there weren't enough people willing to sign up. In my opinion this may be due to the fact that there weren't enough young people on the boat. We are in our late twenties and we found that the night club and the other social areas were empty and lacking a lively crowd.

The ship is quite good and the team is good too. They offer good food and entertainment. The gym is large enough and properly equipped. Everything is kept clean and shiny. Staff is friendly and helpful. On the negative side, some of speciality restaurants (French, steakhouse) are nothing special and one could get better services in the main restaurant for free whereas Asian/Japanese restaurants are quite good and forth visiting. Shore excursions are quite expensive and usually not forth the money - it is cheaper to rent a car on the shore for a few hours and explore islands on your own.

We chose the Crown Princess because of its excellent itinerary and the fact that we had sailed on it before, we were not disappointed. Everything was first class, the cabin, the service, the food, the excursions; only negative comment was the poor entertainment except for the Princess Singers and Dancers who were outstanding as in all Princess ships. I would recommend that the ships tailor the entertainment to the clientele's age and nationality. The Crown Princess was full of young Italian and Spanish passengers who were not too keen on music of the 50s or mentalists who do not make sense.

The ship was beautiful and the service from the staff was extraordinary. However, there seemed to be some plumbing issues that lasted most of the cruise. There were also \"surprise\" charges when tendering ports -- port tendering has always been included in the price of the cruise.
