First cruise in 3 years due to the pandemic. 25 th with NCL. Great to get back out but to many cutbacks by NCL. No coffee in the cabins, no champagne in the room, staff short handed in the restaurants. Cigar bar was a big issue. Circulation was awful. We reported several times to no avail. To many cigarette smokers allowed in. To limited places to smoke outside. Worst entertainment we have had in 25 cruises. Bring back entertainers like Kenny Bird, Rod Long and Terrence G.

Great cruise. No stress. Love Royal Caribbean. Will cruise again soon

Our cruise was pleasant and as expected aside from the food, i think if the meals improve most people would be happier.

Will never sail on this ship again, for obvious reasons. Husband is nearly put off RCL completely until I reminded him, we have had great cruises in the past. This was an anomaly, sadly for us. We had been waiting for this trip for five years. We were supposed to take this in February of 2020 and RCL postponed us until Jan 2023. We were not allowed to change ships without losing money, nor we were allowed to change anything else. So we were held captive on to this ship - so wait five years for a cruise and have it be this bad is really upsetting.

Food left a lot to be desires. Buffets for the most part were below average. Entertainment - Nothing special. Comedians were OK but not what we expect from Carnival.

Great cruise, we will do one again on Carnival is four days as we like the itineraries, food choices, activities and organization to get on and off the ship.

after many cruises, we find that Carnival has.fallen way down in cruise service and food quality, not even close to Princess, Celebrity , or Royal Carribean.

It went smooth, we had a great experience. Over ate for sure!

This was a simple get away at a great price and we had a great time and the shows were magnificent !

Will be cruising again soon. So glad we had 10 days of relaxation and warm weather in January! Great!

I didn’t enjoy my cruise at all. I hurt my toe because of the broken cabin. They didn’t want to serve me in the hospital area on the ship until I went to the guest desk and talk to the doctor and the security interrogated me over my accident report overall bad vacation.

The service on the ship was without flaw. Everything was very clean. The staff handled the norovirus scare very well.

Cruise was restful and uneventful. The crew was very friendly.

Everyone was nice and this cruise was very much needed and enjoyable every second.

Overall had a great time and can't wait to book my next trip. I want to do a longer cruise next time for sure.

We are already planning our next cruise. The sooner the better.

OK cruise OK ship OK islands but definitely been on better cruises

Very with all the misinformation. I called to ask about what was allowed on board the morning before we left and I was told that I could bring two bottles of wine. I did that, but was not told until we were checking in and the said we had to pay a fee for the wine. I was not told that on the phone when I spoke to your rep.

It was our honeymoon! We had an amazing time! Adam sent us chocolate covered strawberries when he found out it was our honeymoon super sweet!

Just know that guest services does not care if you get what you were told you would get. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON PRIORITY, IT IS WORTHLESS!!
