Beautiful boat; great food; wonderful entertainment; terrible service. Not sure what happened but they changed our room (upgrade) the last minute without informing us. Instead of being in the middle of the boat we were placed upfront near the elevators, though probably a better room. Wife wanted something quieter; asked to be moved and was told that only HQ could grant that request. Requested again and they moved us to a smaller room that had the toilet problems (I suspect that was why it was unoccupied). Hence we got a quieter room with a toilet that didn't flush. The boat probably knew, HQ didn't. Lack of communication and disconnection between the customer, ship staff, and HQ makes for interesting times. When will they get their act together?

You get what you pay for. This cruise was very cheap and we had a great time. First class it was not. I wish they would improve the food and charge us a little more

Had fun and enjoyed the food and activities. Ma Mun and service was great. No complain. The cruise director was great fun and entertaining. He is very humble. It was easy to get on and off the ship.

This was my 10th cruise and it was very enjoyable. We celebrated my husband's 60th birthday. I wish we could have the same servers for our meals as we have in the past. We didnt feel as welcome with the staff this time. They really didn't spend time talking with us or interacting as they have before

Sailing out of New Orleans was easy & convenient. The ship was older and needs updating. The service in the main dining room was not up to RCCL standards. Hard to get wine. Courses all came together instead of separate.

Really enjoyed this ship - The Carnival Mardi Gras. Lots to do! Did a cake decorating class that was a lot of fun! Entertainment everywhere! When you want to chill the Serenity Deck is wonderful with great bar service. The staff was wonderful and food great - lots of choices!

This was my First cruise. I was very hesitant being on a ship in the middle of the ocean but once we were inside the ship, I was amazed how huge it is and did not feel anxious anymore.

8 days of relaxation and rejuvenation. It was what we hoped for.

Too many passages and making breakfast reservations at the dining room was not necessary

Many surprisingly negative changes in food quality, staffing and officers visibility/friendliness. Understandably there is world wide inflation and Celebrity almost doubled their prices ,but sadly the quality went down.

Great ship with a great itinerary. We would be happy to cruise in this ship again.

The cruise itself was fantastic. However, the person we booked with originally was promoted and I never was able to get the answers that I needed all throughout the planning of the cruise. Highly disappointed in . I will not be using you in the future to plan a cruise.

It was great - we are about to book another cruise, and of course, on Royal Caribbean.

Celebritity has always been known for service, food and excellent entertainment and it did not let us down. Main dining room menu is a disappointment, can’t lie.

I had a great time, and although I am now suffering with covid, I would still do it again!! Great mother/daughter trip for us, and enjoyed my friends family as well. Loved this vacation!!

Splendor of the Seas offered us a luxurious vacation on a beautiful ship with superb service! The lounge chair issue needs to be addressed since the rules state no lounge saving and this is never enforced. I got up one morning at 6:15 am to see if I could finally get a lounge partially undercover and by that time all of the lounges had been saved with books, beach bags, etc. That was ridiculous! Unlimited laundry service was such a wonderful perk!
