First time cruising with NCL. I was not impressed the food was very lacking, the staff was clearly overworked and understaffed. The entertainment venues are way too small for the size of the ship. The entertainment performers and staff we did encounter were all pleasant. Overall i would not sail again with NCL based on my experience.

Carnival used to be our cruise line of choice. They're making changes that no longer honor their faithful customers (an example of which is the fact that the loyalty items available to platinum and diamond are now not even delivered to the cabin - it's a scavenger hunt to find them), and the cost cutting is highly evident everywhere. While I understand that its been a rough couple of years, if Carnival doesn't reverse course on this they'll lose a lot of loyal customers - including me.

THIS WAS ONE OF THE BEST EXPERIENCES I'VE HAD ON A SHIP IN A LONG TIME!

Carnival is not what it used to be. Understood, they have lost millions due to pandemic, but don't take it out on your paying passengers! No mention or gratitude whatsoever for returning gold members that spend thousands right after pandemic. Service has dropped in half. No free in room dining or night turn down service is really not acceptable.

The cruise was fine...as expected. HOWEVER, Cruise 411 (the booking agent) was HORRIBLE ! I found them, starting with June Cook, to be INCOMPETENT AND DISHONEST !!!

Leaving out of Tampa was very convenient. Embarkation was quick and organized well. The room steward was phenomenal, best part of the trip. The food in specialty restaurants was very good, but everything that was good is extra! Main dining room for breakfast was disappointing. Dinner was no better! Service and food were lacking in all ways! Service desk should be called by another name because I saw little to no Service!

Best short cruise that is closer to home! Will cruise Carnival again!

We enjoyed ourselves and had a wonderful time meeting and talking to other people and staff.

The cruise was great and will do it again but benches by the elevators would be great to sit on while waiting on the elevator

Disappointing. A lot of time at sea and not enough time at port(s). Probably my last cruise of this type.

Weather was windy, ocean surf very choppy causing ship to be rocky traveling around ship on the last day

Three HA cruises but we will be looking for a different cruise line next year...

We've cruised with Carnival a lot, Platinum. Very disappointed in main dining, The Palms. Long waits, mediocre menu, food. The cell phone system just didn't work well for us. Many plusses, ship design, Lido, Deck 8, cleanliness, entertainment. Lost an important piece of luggage during debarkation. It had Rx's, my wife's wallet, some $$$. Customercare appears to care less. No personal response to urgent e-mail . A "Lost & Found" posting was not reassuring. "Lost & found items are sent to a central location. It may take 90 days to return items." Personal concern totally lacking!!!

did not enjoy this cruise I have cruise with Carnival for many years this is the first time come i come back happy.

Over all, we had a fantastic time. There were plenty of options of things to do on the boat, so we were able to have fun despite the rain. Didn't get tan, but had a fun time and already have a plan to book our next trip.

Fun little ship, with big adventures. Cruise directors were awesome and will engage with you to give you a memorable experience. Do not stress the small stuff, just breathe the salty air, and you will have a great time.
