Caribbean - Western Cruise Reviews

Despite the ship being old and in need of repairs and updating, we enjoyed the cruise very much. We never had to fight for an area to relax and didn't have to use the elevator much. Our cabin was in a great location... 2 floors below the buffet and poolside!

We found out late on Sunday night that the Itinerary changed from Cozumel and Costa Maya to Nassau and Freeport. TOOO late to make any changes. Royal Caribbean should have given us more notice to allow for rescheduling or cancellations. We still had a fun cruise, but wanted the Western Caribbean ... not Bahamas

I enjoyed our cabin and the comedian onboard but I was very disappointed in how rude the staff was.

We had a great time, the wife is a first time cruiser who is weary of trying new things but the Liberty and her staff showed us such a great time, she, and I, can't wait to go again!

A great ship for old and young! So much to do for all ages!

It was a nice ship, but I feel we paid a premium because it was the "biggest &, newest," and not much different than the Oasis or Freedom class. I wouldn't book it again. The staff was awesome. We had issues with our cabin; the sliding door seal broke twice, the bathroom was extrememely small for a suite, and not enough outlets in the room. Playmakers restaurant was great!

We had an amazing time. Everything went smooth. Best part was the main dining room staff. They were amazing and so much fun to get to know throughout the week.

I had such a fun trip! I did so many things on the boat and by the end of the trip, I didn't want to leave. Everyone was super nice and the shows had many talented individuals that shined on the stage. I enjoyed every single day I was there.

We couldn’t wait to sail on this cruise!! We read really good reviews!! The room was really nice!! The food was excellent in many of the restaurants!!! The staff was exceptional, nice and professional!!!

We had a great time, staff was amazing!!! Our stateroom attendant Daryl was great and met all of our needs with a smile. Definitely cruising again.

The overall experience was amazing. I enjoyed a variety of shows on the ship, lounging on the pool decks, and adventures at port stops.

Toilets are inadequate and messy in some areas. People smoking in non smoking areas even when signs are visible (level 4?) - supervision needed.

This was a Cruise line I would definitely recommend to others. Worry free and different! I met others that only want to travel Virgin Voyages. I am glad I traveled other cruise lines but at the same time this one is special in it's own way. The crew members were great and relaxed and so was the experience!

The ship was nice and service was great except my rom having broken glass. When I went to service they did not seem very apologetic so I was disappointed about that. We were stuck and extra 3 days at sea due to Hurricane Helene and the service was great. They did what they could to keep us safe.

We all had a wonderful time overall. Ship is outdated and needs some creature comfort upgrades in the staterooms...need more bartenders at all the bars.

Overall nice relaxation time. Plenty of spaces to find quiet areas and also great times with others. Everyone we encountered was pleasant.

A couple getaway. All went great. Kind friendly professional staff.

Good service at the room and food. It was a disaster noisy kids running up and down the floors all day and nights.
