It was ok. Will not be going on this cruise again.

A very nice, albeit always too short, getaway to get my fix of the ocean and sun! Some things have changed over the years with RC that make me long for cruises of the past, but it is still a great value with a mostly consistent quality that we can count on.

This was a fun cruise with many positive experiences with the staff & on excursions. Two of my companions were very impressed as this was their 1st cruise & they only 20 years old. However, my husband & I travel a lot (this was my 3rd cruise) so we expected a bit more for our money. Having stayed in all-inclusive resorts we felt "nickled & dimed" for beverages, photos, etc. I would cruise with Carnival again but would not purchase a beverage package & would recommend always asking the price of things before purchasing!

My style is renewal and relaxation. It met all of this and more. Apple gives the best massages.

Great experience except for poor security when using WiFi. This is not usual on other cruise lines where WiFi is ofter free or much less expensive.

Our cruise was interesting. It was different from any other that we have had. We’ve been cruises since 1979 and we’ve done Celebrity once before this will be our second time we enjoy most of it. We had an encounter that was taken care of right away, customer service is always on point, they make sure that we Enjoy your cruise

While the crew and staff were particularly friendly and accommodating, we found the menu choices at the Luminae restaurant disappointing. The sirloin steak seemed over tenderized and the short ribs were very fatty unlike the short ribs we had in the Blu restaurant which were awesome.

This was by far my least favorite cruise. Please change the food... I look forward to going to dinner but this cruise the food was not goid.

We have sailed on all the mainstream lines, and numerous times with Celebrity. I had seen videos of thie ship and was expecting a lot-well, it certainly delivered. There were a ton of activities, and except for sea day afternoon, did not feel crowded. There were so many decor touches which I had not seen before. The rooftop garden has live plants. I do think the specialty restaurants were expensive but one need not eat in them to enjoy excellent food.We already are thinking about another sailing on this ship.

This was our 16th cruise and we have only cruised on Royal Caribbean ships. We love that you can find lots areas to be laid back if you don't like the party scene. The crew is always amazing.

Overall it was really great! Get the bottomless bubbles got to get all the drinks. The only thing is that you couldn't get 2 drinks at once you have to wait 5mins in-between. Wished there was more included for free

The boat was great even though it was a smaller one. The staff was the best we have had in a while. They went above and beyond to make sure that your experience was exceptional.

Where do I begin. There are just so many people to thank for truly amazing vacation for starters I would like to think my cabin attendant Hector who greeted us almost every single morning ( when we didn’t sleep in ) with a smile every day. And also for the amazing housekeeping service every single day. Next, I have to thank the amazing bartenders Michele and Anil (Who work at the pub at the Promenade) Every day we would go there just before dinner to have a few drinks and chat. They were always working so hard to make sure every guest was having the best time. Third bartender I would like to personally thank is Martin at the hideaway pool. He would find us where ever we are and made sure we were taking care of asap! Last but not least I have to personally thank our waiters Jose and ABoo in the main dinning hall as well as the head waiter May. The three of them went above and beyond for us. Honestly I think back about my vacation and my most exciting part of the trip was going to see our bartenders at the pub then to dinning hall because truly the service was beyond 5 stars. All these listed staff members greeted us every day by our names which made us feel so welcomed. I truly feel like we have friends at sea and can not wait to see them all on out next vacation !

We loved the ICON but probably will not travel on this class again. It was very overcrowded and food/drink quality was lacking. The main dining room food was very disappointing. The cabins, elevators and entertainment were top notch. The deck 7 area for my grandchildren was way too small and should be revamped and monitored more as there were adults in the kids pool! Offer better explanation of restaurants and beverages for packages. I was unable to get gourmet coffee's until the very end of my trip as I couldn't find out where they were (I even asked at guest services and they told me basic info). Maybe I could get a credit for this? Also, in the windjammer you should be paired with wait staff as I was also unable to get fresh squeezed orange juice (also on my package) Or specialty coffees delivered to my table. Nobody ever helped us in the windjammer. Way too crowded and coffee was not good and Tasted burnt. Gemma and her crew 10/10!

This was our third cruise with MSC. Each time our experience has been better and better. The food has been upgraded significantly each time. The staff was friendly and very helpful and attentive. The shows were good and entertaining. We found that the ship was spacious, and we felt uncrowded. Plenty of deck chairs and lounges available.

Totally dissatisfied and disappointed; the experience left a lot to be desired!

Relaxing trip. Dont expect constant ship activities to keep you occupied.

Had the best time ever with my daughter on this cruise. ALL employees were amazing!! The entertainment from comedian, magic show, dancers/singers, competitions... EVERYTHING was outstanding!! The food at the Windjammer and the dinning were all very good!! I've recommended this cruise to family and friends. I look forward to booking again in the near future. Thank you for making our time EXCEPTIONAL!! :)
