Service was slow, ship is too crowded, I'd say you get what you pay for, but we paid a lot to be in Yach Club and didn't get nearly what we paid for. Elevator system is terrible, crowded everywhere, like a bad water park. Air conditioning didn't seem to be on anywhere except the Yacht Club areas. $10 to watch a movie in yacht club suite, second part of trip only 2 options: animated ( super Mario bros) or porn. Not kidding. Staff tries hard but simply not enough, save your money and travel with another line.

Great weather for this time of the year. The ship and entertainment was great. Enjoy every bit of it. Drink pckg recommended.

It was overall amazing , don’t know about traveling Carnival again

I have been waiting years to take my family on a cruise and this met all my expectations.

We have been on several Royal Caribbean cruises and they were all nice. We are already booked for next year.

Overall the Excel ship was very large with the state rooms being way too small. Disembarkation was the worst experience I had on the ship. Not organized at all.

This cruise was fantastic, and we cannot wait to sail again. There were so many places to eat onboard, so many activities to do, and the casino was a hit!! We will be sailing again on this one.

We was celebrating our 32nd wedding anniversary , This was a very nice cruise & ship to go on !!! Lots to do, eat, activities, pool, waterslide, bars, entertainment you could ever want !!!

Ok. I did not like that some activities like cupcake decoration had a charge. Especially when we had 3 days at sea and there were not much to do. Staff was great!

Get the unlimited dinging and beverage (refreshment or deluxe) and if you have the means, get the off shore excursions which are worth it

This was my first cruise and it absolutely exceeded my expectations! Already planning my next one!

The ship, staff and itenerary were awesome. My only comply would be that Royal should schedule more things to do. If we weren't hunting ducks we would have been very bored at times.

We had a great, fun-filled, very adventurous family cruise! We were exhausted when we got home because we never stopped! There was so much fun to be had on the ship! We participated in a lot of the onboard activities, tasted elegant dishes, and explored the jungle and beaches!

Overall great 7 day cruise. The Yacht Club experience was above what we expected. They make sure all your needs are addressed and fulfilled.

The Jade was a nice ship but it showed its age by its size and things to do. For the most part the food was excellent except for the last night's dinner, apparently our waiter had a bad day and they seemed to forgotten how to cook a steak to order. All the other meals were great, keep in mind the last night was an "extra" night do to the mechanical issue.

I would likely not travel on Royal Caribbean again. I found this trip to fall into the "OK But" category. 3 families attended with us and we all agree, maybe we got a bum cruise.

I tried to be fare and even handed on this review and did not give them 1 star because I was mad. Mostly I was just disappointed with the cruise. I will not be cruising on Carnival again.

It was a good trip. Was disappointed in cruise director communication ports were cancelled but nothing was communicated very well and not extra activities the days at sea

Enjoyable getaway for our family including married children and grandchildren. Would have like more activities available for the young ones. Staff is energenic and outgoing.

I’ve been on many cruises and this was by far, the worst. I have never had such disgusting food which made me sick for a couple days. The ship is very basic. The activities are average. Room steward was amazing and so was my waiters. Don’t waste your money or time. This was supposed to be a much needed vacation but was far from that. Was happy to go home.
