Embarkation did not follow check in times. Staff and service were excellent. Entertainment was great. Plenty of activities. Lots of places to sit and relax, sun or shade. Choices galore for included food places.

Princess needs to step up its’ game. Most bathrooms in general areas were not working, common areas were not cleaned up in a timely manner. We feel Princess is slipping!

Princess Cruise was a great experience. We will join again to another destination.

Was very happy with BJ agent who was able to secure a great accessible balcony room across from elevator bank . No such cabin was not listed on the Princess website. Krystal Weiner went out of her way to help us by contacting a desk for travel agents at Princess. I felt fortunate that we could book immediately as it was late and not a good time to book an accessible room. Best Princess cruise ever . Good food and very nice dining room staff and steward. Only complaint, no pools with regular steps for mobility challenged guests who could not use ladders - which is not known. They have lifts but nobody around to operate the thing. Feel this Princess policy is not admirable and secreted. Saw several comments on Facebook from other displeased guests. No reflection on Travel.

Great first cruise! Our rooms were really nice and we enjoyed everything the ship had to offer. It is literally a resort on the ocean so you can stay busy all day and night!

Overall a wonderful cruise. Not happy about the drink package offering and the ship should have offered bottled water to its cruisers. The excursions are too expensive and too cumbersome. Still, an awesome experience. Coco Cay was our favorite but we loved Mexico too. A free tour would have been nice though. Cruise ships need to improve the rooms, especially the interior staterooms, which are too small for people.

The whole trip was amazing and I will definitely be traveling with Royal Caribbean again.

If you’re going to take a cruise for the first time, this is it. Don’t do less than 3 or more than 7, this is the perfect fit…7 days and 4 stops. Voilà

First time RC cruisers, but we cant wait for the next one.

We paid extra for a Deluxe balcony room. Room was small, bathroom tiny, no slippers or robes in cabin. Water is extra. Don’t agree with that.

Was a short 5-day getaway. Ship was clean with plenty of awesome crew members. Would do it again!

We love the Haven but sailing without a Haven bar and dining room detracts from the ship. Crew was really excellent, room attendant and butler were top notch. Haven concierge was a magician getting us into the specialty restaurants. Haven pool and attendant were spot on.

This was my 10th Royal Caribean and by far my favorite ship, loved it

Short cruise that was fun. It works for me. I would do it again.

We have sailed on Symphony of The Seas three times, because overall, the ship is beautiful, clean, and the customer service is great! There is a lot for everyone to do. Never a dull moment!

Galveston is so much nicer to cruise out of than any other ports we've been out of. The ship was great, staff was outstanding, we'll be back!

Best part of this cruise were the Verterans on board and the appreciation of them showed by staff.

This was a last minute trip to take my family member on that never cruised before. And with all the fun & excitement we had with our past cruises I decided to pick Carnival so she could have the best experience. I was so excited to see the impressions on her face when she encountered all that the Carnival Magic had to offer. The only thing that really changed was the food. I might have talked it up to much or because of all the changes Covid made to this world it just wasn’t as good as it was in the past. But we had a great time and an experience we will cherish forever. Thank you Carnival Team!

I would sail again with RC, staff is very friendly, activities were fun, food was great!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this ship and journey! Treated like royalty start to finish! We look forward to checking out the newest Icon ship, Star of the Seas, in the future!
