Overall it was a great trip! I would recommend to others looking for a quality cruise to amazing ports.

Not sure we're the mega ship market. While everything was very organized, 5300 guests is a lot to deal with.

Great first experience on Harmony of the Seas. Ship was immaculate, staff were qualified and caring and receptive to our needs. Entertainment offerings were diverse and fun. I would highly recommend this cruise ship and itinerary.

Great family adventure - focusing on both the parents and children by providing us with family-friendly activities while also allowing both the spend time together seperately.

Carnival Magic was a wonderful choice for our Birthday celebration cruise. We had a great time. The crew were amazing, highly recommend.

Verry nice experience to me and my family. Ship is very clean and neat. A lot of activity onboard. Staffs are all friendly.

The boat is amazing. The port stops are just ok, but you're really on this boat for the experience of the boat, which did not disappoint.

We love our first cruise experience. The staff onboard are super nice. We found excursions good for my two boys, 5 and 10. May not be that fancy but we all enjoyed.

Although I understand its their policy, I did not see anything requiring me to hand carry my wine onto the ship. I primarily searched for prohibited items and saw that my party could easily bring 2 bottles. I also saved all of my emails from carnival and can find nothing there about this. I understand its in some agreement I signed when booking, so while the rest of their website is lacking in explanations I could have accepted this. However, I had planned to carry my wine on board as I don't trust leaving my bags with something this expensive in the hallway. However the porters were very effecient and took my bag while I spoke with the car valet and before I had the chance to remove them. But that's not the BAD part. I was lied to constantly by the service desk as to the fate of my wine. (LIED TO) I was orginally told that they would be returned the following evening. Intended for a depart celebration.. but I agreed. The next night I was told that the wine was back at port, but because the porters took it from me I would be given a complementary bottle later that evening. When I followed up to see where its at I was told it was to late to deliver and to expect it late the following morning. When we got back the next afternoon from our excursion I saw no wine, I called and was told they were not allowed to deliver this particular cheap brand to the room. I had to raise caine at the service desk to get it delivered. The following evening I asked the service desk where I could pick them up when we got off the boat and I was told "I've told you from the beginning that your wine was disposed of on shore before the ship departed." LIES LIES LIES.. constant LIES. Is this how you train your service desk? When I got off the ship I saw where devices like hair driers were being given back and I asked them if they might still have my wine. They said that items like that would have been put on the ship, that they have no control over those, and its up to the people on the ship what to do with them. What in the living heck is going on? Ship Security needed more attention. There were two large groups of young teens that were having an East Side West Side confrontation most of the trip. Several times I entered an elevator area to be confronted with these two groups threatening each other with severe violence including "You know you're going to die today. The water looks awfully nice and blue, you'll love it there." and several times my party was almost run over by them as they ran after each other like wild heards down the staircase. I wanted to report it, but felt with the service I was getting from the service desk.. why bother? They weren't going to do anything any way.

Customer service is awesome! Loved the ship. If you're a foodie consider purchasing a specialty dining restaurant.

Our first day was a bit rough... husband had his sail and sign card but mine wasn't there. Went by guest services and the line was so long we decided to wait. Few hours later we had a knock on our door and our neighbors had my card in their envelope. Was such a huge relief we didn't have to go down to guest services. When we got our luggage our wheel was broken off our suitcase. 2nd time this has happened . Last time... no wheel at all. This time they laid the wheel by our suitcase . Then the USB ports in cabin didn't work. Then our adult kids that were with us.. 2 of them weren't assigned at our table . But we got that fixed quick. Glad we did cause our waiters were the BEST !

Boat was very nice and always had alot of activities going on even in port. Food was good staff was great

Overall I'd give it a 95%. Just mostly little things got in the way nothing major and I would be happy again to SAIL on the Horizon and visit the ports all over again

Highly recommend Wonder of the Seas! I’ve been on 20+ cruises and this one is one of the best I’ve been on.

It was relaxing, calming even when it was rainy. I enjoy the aqua show every time they performed. Chope Grill was excellent. Jaime restaurant was excellent also. I truly in enjoy my 51st birthday on Harmony. Looking forward to my cruise on Royal Caribbean next year in June

This was the first cruise for 3 out of 4 of us. It was a great experience for all of us. We loved it so much, we are already planning our next one with Royal Caribbean again. You made a believer of of all of us.

You get what you pay for. It reminded me of Norwegian. Crowded and the entertainment sub par. Nickel and time Everything. Unless you drink constantly like an alcoholic....avoid the drink packages. so expensive.

Loved everything about it. We haven't been on a cruise that we did not like. Some excursions could use a review at times by the cruise companies, to ensure, what is advertised, is, what the passenger sees and gets.
