Amazing hospitality by shemp

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Rhapsody of the Seas

The service was truly amazing, 5star+. Not a ton of activities due to it being a smaller ship and although we got the best sweet we could get it was a bit dated and the bed was hard and the pillows were really flat. It’s not what we were expecting in the best room on the ship but the staff made up for it because they were so hospitable

Nice relaxing trip by hipdco

Sail date: / Traveled as: Singles/Friends
Ship: Rhapsody of the Seas

Although I had to travel alone, because my cousin (Wilfredo P. who invited me and paid the refund) had to leave the ship due to a stomach illness from the previous trip 12-19 in the same ship, I was treated very well by the ship's employees and I did not feel alone. I appreciate the treatment.

Good family trip by my2lad

Sail date: / Traveled as: Large Group
Ship: Rhapsody of the Seas

My group of 20 family members had fun of this 7 day cruise on board Rhapsody of the seas. The service staff did a great job accommodating us in the main dinning and other areas. The ship although 27 years old it's still pretty and has it's luxury look in some areas. Food and entertainment was good but yes I guess it's fair to say that it could've been better. Rooms and facilities were cleaned daily. Overall a great experience for the family.

Sea days.....glorious sea days by BigD37923

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Celebrity Beyond

This was our first Celebrity cruise, but won't be our last. We missed out on having an aft balcony (as we had originally booked for the Celebrity Reflection), but are grateful to have had the opportunity to check out the Beyond, which is really a masterpiece of engineering.

Average mid-prices cruise by Edzone

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Adventure of the Seas

This cruise was selected by us because of the Aruba stop. It had 4-Sea Days and 3-Shore Days. This was our 20+ cruise, I would rate it as average. We did purchase Internet and the 3-day specialty dinning. We also got to see a night rocket launch which was really cool. For the price paid with was a good value cruise.

Small ship with not a lot to do onboard. Entertainment was ok. The ice show was fantastic and the welcome and final shows were great. The rest were so so.

Great cruise - had a wonderful time both onboard and on the islands. by vainode

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)
Ship: Symphony of the Seas

Great cruise overall with spectacular ports of call of Aruba, Curacao and Jamaica, amazing production shows onboard, great dining room and buffet experience. Fellow passengers were of different ages and backgrounds - families with kids as well as older cruisers. 2 formal nights where ties and jackets were not enforced. Would cruise with RCCL again.

Great experiences with Royal Caribbean, but the food could have been better by aleksle

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Rhapsody of the Seas

There were plenty of great experiences with Royal Caribbean, but the food could have been better. For instance, the food variety at Windjammer was lacking, with only two types of cheese available for the entire cruise. Additionally, the special restaurant menus remained unchanged throughout the voyage, making it sufficient to dine at each only once or twice. The fixed menu included multiple full portion entries, which seemed unnecessary and turned it into more of a double dinner menu rather than a prefixed one. I was hoping to learn about the captain and senior officers, but unfortunately, it didn't happen. The captain didn't even appear during the crew flag parade, which I found disrespectful to his own country and all passengers. The ship areas aren't very spacious, so the music, especially around the pool, could be too loud at times, which was disturbing for those trying to relax on their balconies.

Wonderful! Other than being HOT! by imgo1ngup1

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)
Ship: Carnival Vista

our overall cruise was good! We love Carnival & have only cruised with a couple of other cruise lines a few times. This ship was hot & the air conditioning seemed to not be working very well. we had a fan in our room it did help some. The staff was great & very helpful & friendly. There was so much we wanted to do, but there was too much going on at one time. We really enjoyed the cruise director Marty he was very friendly & family orientated. One of the last cruises we went on the cruise director had a very potty mouth & cursed quite a bit. We had small children with us & it upset us quite a bit. His name was Donkey & he cursed all of time no matter where he was. we had not cruised for a few years do to him & his mouth. That might be okay for adults, but when there are kids there I don't believe there need to be all of that bad language! But Marty has let us see that maybe Carnival has chosen some family orientated cruise directors now. & we will be cruising a lot more now! Thank you
