This cruise had a lot of potential. However, they need to improve the basics that get people out of lines and into fun. The embarkation and debarkation is awful and embarrassing. If we could have got out of line and onto a different cruise without losing our money we would have. On a short cruise the most memorable part was getting on and off the boat.

JUST HAD FUN MY SISTER HAD POINTS GAMBLING WAS FUN STAY UP MY WHOLE TRIP.

Not a inexpensive cruise when adding up all the extra costs, gouging prices

We enjoyed our cruise, great staff, clean ship, but the muster drill, entertainment and food could have been better

Not impressed at all. No real direction as what to due when you get on the ship. Food was dissapointing. Will not be back.

Our first cruise was absolutely fabulous! Will definitely be booking future cruises...hopefully every year moving forward. It was the most fun I've had on a trip ever! Cannot wait for our next cruise!

I sold this cruise to two couples after returning home…that’s how much I enjoy RC. I miss the staff, ship and spa.

That was one of the best vacations I have ever had and I am already looking forward to booking another one for next year.

Cruise was amazing, I recommend you taking a cruise at least once for the experience. My family enjoyed it so much they are already asking about another one.

Ship is beautiful. Food is subpar, TV are size of an IPAD. Disembark is havoc. Spa is huge wasted spa, theatre entertainment is amazing. Latin music dominants 75%

Poor Food, Limited activities on boat. Pools unusable. No Bourbon and cancelled a day of excursions. I guess the old adage is correct you get what you pay for

Hubby and I would definitely sail on MSC again but would like to go somewhere else. I know for short cruises that Nassau is the main stop but I would definitely love to do a longer cruise on MSC if it went to San Juan, St Thomas, St Maarten or other ports.

Our cruise was awesome, we were a little cautious due to the negative remarks from other cruisers BUT it was great from beginning to end. The ship, staff, service and amenities were very good and provided much enjoyment and relaxation. JUST GO.

First cruise together as a couple without our kids. We had a great time! Ship was big and had plenty to do, we just didn't get to experience much. Drinks were plentiful despite not getting the drink package.

We booked this cruise in the fall to enjoy time with my husband's siblings. We thoroughly enjoyed our time together and appreciate how the staff made it so enjoyable and comfortable! We had great weather, tasty food options, good entertainment, and fantastic and beautiful ports of call! We are already planning the next cruise!

Loved the ship and port of calls were good. Cococay is amazing. Nassau nothing much to do. I loved Spectras Cabret, high Notes, at Two 70. the gift and illusion shows were amazing. We will rock you was ok but there was not much shows on Day 6 or 7. Main dinnin food was good but chicken dishes everywhere was rubbery and chewy. Flowrider was so cool and really helped my daughter. Seaplex was huge hit. Staff are working tirelessly and it was fun to have him there.

This is our second cruise on this ship. Took the same cruise in 2023. We really liked the relaxation of more days at sea and easy drive from Connecticut. Would even do it again.

The ship is nice, the crew is good, the food is average. The itinerary and cost is best.

Lots of fun as always and sang karaoke every night. The song and dance shows were superb after dinner

Had a drink package but no one was coming around taking are drink orders had to go to the bar and wait in line
