Fun time with family and friends by ccassio81

Awesome time. Great staff. Just watch out for pool towel charges….I feel like they like to sneak those in and hope you don’t notice!

Great Time at Coco Cay by limontes

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (young children)
Ship: Freedom of the Seas

We had a great time on Freedom of the Seas. This is our second time on this itinerary and we decided to bring our kids this time (9yrs and 6yrs). They had a fantastic time and absolutely loved it. We had an interior cabin and it fine for the four of us. Would not recommend for older kids. Just not enough space. The crew was great. Overall, we loved it and are excited to go again.

We had a great time by lisahendricks77

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)
Ship: Carnival Elation

We really enjoyed our cruise. I wish they had more to do for teenagers. The food was good. Our room we really liked. The only things we didn't like was they don't have much for teenagers to do and the night before we left we got no sleep. The staff was so loud above our room doing the luggage and people on the ship were so loud and running down the halls.

Overall I would rate this entire cruise from start to finish as a solid 5 star. Everything was amazing. Good overall value. Ship was so relaxing and clean. Had to get my sweat pants on after all the food though.

Great Job, Reflection! by lstupakiewicz

Sail date: / Traveled as: Singles/Friends
Ship: Celebrity Reflection

I chose this cruise for a short respite. I typically cruise on Royal Caribbean but this cruise fit my timeline needs, so I took a chance and I was not disappointed. Celebrity does it right - just like RC.

Very good cruise. Comedy and Magic shows were excellent. Beautiful ship. Food good, but not as many selections at the buffet as we've had on other cruise ships. Guy's Burgers, Blue Iguana, and the Deli are great but the lines are long. Late night pizza OK by dvdclark1968

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Carnival Glory

Everything was OK on this cruise. I don't have any large complaints. Several minor ones (listed above) were more about the behavior of the other guests. I guess I could knock Carnival for not correcting those guest's behaviors. Food was good. The comedian shows and the magician show were excellent. The ship is beautiful. Could use better visual indicators as to which way is which (fore, aft, port, starboard).

** Pande & Hazel for President! ** by cindirunsfast

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)
Ship: Carnival Elation

The Elation is a smaller ship in Carnival's fleet but the experience ultimately comes down to those with which you share it. The professional and caring staff (Pande, Hazel & Cryssi) and programming made for a fun and super-easy vacation. Our family of six (ages 14 - 55 y/o) thoroughly enjoyed the week and we'd do it again on the Elation in a heartbeat.

Great trip by lennasevedge

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: MSC Magnifica

It was a lovely relaxing experience. Waitstaff was always available and ready with drinks, the beaches were spacious and allowed us to be alone in a relaxing zen space, I heard there was an adult only space but we didn't need it- it's a calming, relaxing, wine-sipping, music-watching, beach-reading kind of cruise. There was noone trying to upsell me on some stupid things or crazy agendas- they respected our calm space

Enjoyed the trip but had a couple of concerns. by raemina4

Sail date: / Traveled as: Singles/Friends
Ship: MSC Magnifica

Overall was a wonderful cruise. Was concerned with low phone volume, and miscommunication from staff. Food was good however buffet should have been more diverse with Italian, Oriental (fried rice).

Very peaceful and relaxing. by queenofsheba10

Sail date: / Traveled as: Singles/Friends
Ship: Carnival Sunshine

Very relaxing and peaceful. There was a lot of teenagers on board but Carnival has a curfew for children under 18 that need to be in their cabin after 11pm if not supervised by an adult.

Fabulous trip and food on this ship by peacelove15

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)

My family would totally do another cruise. All positive experiences. Food was fabulous. Only complaint would be the ice cream, it wasn't the best. Service by the ship's personnel was 5 star.

It was horrible by ieshafall

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (young children)
Ship: Carnival Conquest

My experience this time was not good and the fact that I brought my children on there first cruise and this was the experience that they had to endure. I felt like they were trying to hold my son for $20 and she did not want to let him go. Then the food was watered down and the good food was expensive as heck. The fact we didnt have no air in the room for the whole trip and they gave us a fan for 4 people then tried to split me up with my children "to accomodate us". They didnt even try to really help. They tried to give $50 onboard credit. Then stated that is all they can do. I was at the Guest services 5 times and they didnt help at all. Then, I spoke to the young lady at 1:06 am and they slid a note under the door at 5:28 am stating that they was trying to get in contact with me and they lied. I had just left them at 1:06 am and the young lady stated that the supervisor will not be available until after 8 am. Then they put the wrong name on the letter. It was not a good experience this time at all. I will not recommend this boat to anyone ever again. Maybe not even Carnival Cruise Line because the customer service is not good and the boats is outdated. The thermostat in the room was broken and when I told them nobody tried to fix it. Speaking to others on the boat they stated that it was their first time and their rooms was too cold.

Great little vacation by jmast

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (young children)
Ship: Celebrity Reflection

This Cruise was perfect for us because we were looking for a smaller Cruise. Celebrity was great, their organization is superb and the friendliness and helpfulness of their staff is excellent. Coco cay was beautiful and Bimini as well. We will definitely cruise with celebrity again. Has been the best cruise line that I've been on yet.
