Review summary

My experience this time was not good and the fact that I brought my children on there first cruise and this was the experience that they had to endure. I felt like they were trying to hold my son for $20 and she did not want to let him go. Then the food was watered down and the good food was expensive as heck. The fact we didnt have no air in the room for the whole trip and they gave us a fan for 4 people then tried to split me up with my children "to accomodate us". They didnt even try to really help. They tried to give $50 onboard credit. Then stated that is all they can do. I was at the Guest services 5 times and they didnt help at all. Then, I spoke to the young lady at 1:06 am and they slid a note under the door at 5:28 am stating that they was trying to get in contact with me and they lied. I had just left them at 1:06 am and the young lady stated that the supervisor will not be available until after 8 am. Then they put the wrong name on the letter. It was not a good experience this time at all. I will not recommend this boat to anyone ever again. Maybe not even Carnival Cruise Line because the customer service is not good and the boats is outdated. The thermostat in the room was broken and when I told them nobody tried to fix it. Speaking to others on the boat they stated that it was their first time and their rooms was too cold.

Ok. You have to pay if they stay after 10:00 pm. Don't make sense. Then when you go get your kids they do not give them to you until you pay. Like they holding them hostage

Ship tip

Update the ship and the thermostats in the rooms and stop watering down all the drinks and cook the food properly. You shouldnt have to pay for good food.

Sorry you didn’t do your research. The night owls program is always at a fee. They are very clear about this and even remind you as you drop off your children to pick them up by 10:00. I am very curious about how one waters down food. Can you elaborate?

Those short cruises on the Conquest should be designated as "Adults only." Before you give up on Carnival, just know you may face the same issues on other cruise lines. Especially if they are sold out. Try a longer cruise like 6 days or more for the next Carnival cruise you take. You will notice a difference

Your biggest mistake was booking the Carnival Conquest. That ship is notorious for being a booze cruise. That ship is also known for being in terrible shape.

Check the ship all kids programs on any ship there is a fee after 10 pm, don't want a fee don't bring kids. The only way they are charging you is if your child/children played something that cost and they didn't pay, ummm your responsibility. So, since that happened now, you're coming up all kinds of problems to funny.

There's always been a fee after 10pm. They aren't your all night daycare. I was on the conquest in February, no problems.
