Will not cruise on Celebrity again. No one seemed to care when there was an issue. People in Suite by us partied all night and guest relations did nothing. Bimini is beautiful. Will go back with another cruise line or on the ferry.

A great small cruise I would recommend for an older crowd. Not for teens, young adults. And kids. Very Italian!

The ship is showing its age, but the main issue is the change since covid, since the cruise line laid off the majority of its staff for a number of years and then had to rehire everyone. Wait staff in the main dining room were not warm, inviting, or friendly. We sat next to dirty, uncleared tables for 45 minutes at a time, the food used to be wonderful, but this was more in line with Golden Corral.

The Ship's app was not too user friendly; needs update. Ship's announcements off the speakers were not quite audible.

Unique Italian themed Carnival ship. It was decorated well and felt special.

A beautiful modern ship with lots of activities for everyone. The only hang up which was consistent was the elevator system on the ship. It's the new type where you choose your floor and the elevator tells you which one to ride. It was so clumsy, often waiting 5 minutes or more for the elevator to arrive just to find one pack full of people. But then again it's a 19 level ship so you don't have many options.

We had a great time on a beautiful ship. The price was affordable compared to other cruises. The entertainment was excellent.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend MSC Meraviglia. As a frequent cruiser, simple processes were very unorganized. Little signage, bad queues, and poor communication skills. Needs more staff or less people. The buffet is not designed to encourage flow of people; cups, silverware, and beverages were constantly out of stock. Fewer wait staff walking around to guests and the bars need more staff, dedicated runners or better queue management. For a 2017 ship, it seems dated, dingy and not cared for. Worst part, we checked in 2 luggages, only 1 made it. Spent first 2 days constantly checking in with Customer "Service". Only received emergency pack with cheap toothbrush, razor & too small tshirt. They were not compassionate, knowledgeable or forthcoming with how to continue a 7 day cruise with no clothes, deodorant, socks or toiletries. We finally got someone to confirm they cannot locate the luggage and we will be receiving $50 credit to spend at overpriced shops on board. If you think $50 would be enough to at least cover a 3 pack of underwear, you'd be wrong.

It would not be our first choice in booking a cruise but would definitely try MSC again depending on value and itinerary.

Snorkeling at Bimini was nice and perfect day was nice. Other than that I would not recommend. This ship is old and stinky and boring. The arcade is awful, the casino is bad and smells like cigarettes. We had a better time on carnival. It was clean, new and didn't feel like a constant money grab.

Overall a good cruise, just don't expect perfection.

Utopia is out of this world! It’s our family’s very 1st cruise and we have tremendously enjoyed our experience from start to the end. So much to do & eat in such little time. Lol. We got to watch the ice show and aqua show 2x cos it was too good! Thank you to Utopia of the Seas @ Royal Caribbean for making this such a magical vacation for our family!

We we're looking for a short cruise to spend the summer and we found this cruise package when it was on sale. We were very happy with the service and the ship cleanliness and the staff are very attentive. Excellent selection of food. HAD A GREAT TIME!!!!!

The Carnival cruise was very good. It's more a family and party cruise than a relaxing cruise. And we were more looking for a relaxing getaway. But the room gave us a safe space from the noise, pushing, and crowding. If you are looking for a party good time or a cruise for a big group, this is the one for you.

This cruise was a great escape from Miami for a few days. I went with friends and we just wanted to get out of the city for the weekend, and this cruise was perfect. Nassau is Nassau - the port looks much better today than it was ten years ago. It's beautiful but hot and not much to do on the island. You're far better off doing a snorkeling or jet skiing trip if you want to get off the ship. Great Stirrup Cay was awesome as always - beautiful water and solid service. The ship is a nice experience, but its age is really beginning to show. Bathrooms with curtains are becoming uncommon on new ships as is the general floorplan of this ship. The staff were excellent as always. Our favorite experience onboard was dinner at Cagney's Steakhouse.

Overall the cruise was fantastic! I was a little disappointed with the food but the drinks and activities made up for it! I would do it again and will!
