Review summary

Will not cruise on Celebrity again. No one seemed to care when there was an issue. People in Suite by us partied all night and guest relations did nothing. Bimini is beautiful. Will go back with another cruise line or on the ferry.

Raw meat, old stale croissants, moldy pastries that no one cared about. Very bland food. The Lamb chops were the best food on the ship. Not saying much.

The wait staff and our steward were excellent. Guest services, concierge (non existent) and excursion desk were not helpful at all.

smaller than I expected for a concierge balcony suite. The beds were so small. We never saw our concierge. Steward was amazing She was the only cabin bright spot

We went to Atlantis for the water slides. It was not as impressive as expected. They closed several of the slides. The ones that were open were fun.

The shore excursion was 5 stars. We went to the island where there were sting rays - scary but fun. Excursion rep did not give us correct information and we almost missed the fun. There really isn't any shopping on the island

The 3 night cruises are party booze cruises. I won't do them after experiencing them first hand. The concierge class on Reflection and I am guessing on all Celebrity ships is misleading. You would think that you would have the concierge come by and introduce themselves, but that is not what they do. If you want anything from them, you have to go to their office area to talk to them. In my opinion, after staying in 4 different concierge class verandas, it is not worth the extra price. The non concierge verandas are the exact balcony cabin size, layout and decor as the concierge verandas. Plus, our experience is that you have to ask for a lot of the amenities you are suppose to get with concierge class.

I had a similar experience, I just waited until they were asleep during the day & kept phone their cabin from the shops house phones to wake them up, someone said they put upside down pineapple stickers on their door so they would be getting disturbed.
