Great first time cruise. Will definitely go again on Carnival. Drink package worth the value.

This was our first cruise and we had some idea of what to expect. We are on the fence as to whether we will go on another cruise. It was an experience that everyone should try once.

Horrible experience. My cabin had no A/C. Staff were no help. They never offered me a fan. I didn't know I could request a fan until cruise was over. Bathroom had sewage smell. Staff never addressed the problem

I don't know if we will go back on Royal Caribbean. Had heard so many good things but thought it was less than some other lines. Liked priority boarding. The suite breakfast was terrible - ran out of food, horrible service. Glad we didn't wake up for it. Princess smokes them in this category. Dinner was average - not as good as Princess. Much more packed areas than Princess.

A very lively sailing with great entertainment. Although the allure was an older ship she was very spacious and beautiful with her own brand of beauty, I would highly recommend this ship for its attention to service and charm! Thank you to for there generous perks

Beautiful ship. Lots of fun activities onboard. So many new things to do on the ship. We will not be able to do it all. I can't wait to book my next cruise on this ship.

A fantastic experience! The main dining room was such a great venue that we didn't feel the need to pay for a "classy" meal. Plenty to do on the ship as long as you make the appropriate reservations, the earlier the better, on the app. The ice and water shows were great fun for the whole family. So much quality complimentary activities that we only truly spent money at the casino and souvenirs and barely anything else. We are already looking into taking our next cruise on the same ship!

Ship too big for us old folks - will stay with smaller ships out of Tampa Port - waiting for RC to build some newer smaller ships to replace the Grandeur, Enchantment, Serenade and Radiance ships.

We had the best time in our life , Everything was super nice, the service in general was super, The cruise ship was the best experience ever. Entertainment was spectacular every night the music ,dancing,shows , Luigi from entertainment and all the group for dancing classes were amazing.Thank you.

We had a great cruise with my family, four generations!! We had a blast!!, the show on the ship are wonderful, cabins are big and comfortable, staff very nice and friendly like always, We LOVE Royal Caribbean!!

Overall as expected, the ship is well maintained and there is adequate space for the passengers. The pool and other common areas were available when desired and never super crowded.

Overall, a nice experience. Their website is a disaster. The app only works on board, so not really an alternative. The guests often can't figure out the elevators. And Yacht Club basically obliterates the traditional one-class model of cruising. But the ship is nice, it was a great deal, and a few inconveniences didn't ruin it. I'd definitely sail MSC again, if the opportunity arises.

Cape Cana. Was poor for things to do unless you booked all day excursion. No communication to stay on ship until time for your excursion.

This ship is wonderful, staff is amazing, entertainment is fantastic. I am second time on this ship and will be more if the prize is reasonable.

I love Royal. This ship is beautiful. They don't like smokers and give us terrible space and seating. The food was great and lots of options. I can't wait to book my next trip!
