Ship too big for us old folks - will stay with smaller ships out of Tampa Port - waiting for RC to build some newer smaller ships to replace the Grandeur, Enchantment, Serenade and Radiance ships.

Speciality dininging -Chops, Mason Jar & Hooked were outstanding. Enjoyed them. However, the morning breakfast on Thursday was horrible - everything was brought out at the wrong time.
Evening Dinner with Mark was excellent and we were taken care of with expertise service Jeldon Fernandes made sure of that
Onboard Activities

Service and Staff

Our room steward, Ed, was very pleasant and attentive to our needs.
Bartenders in the Schooner bar and casino need a lot of work - Did not smile, didn't thank us for their tips and one even barked at my husband when he was telling him how to make his drink !! They were reported to the Casino Host

they seemed to be clean - to be honest, I didn't see too many employees cleaning during the day.
Only complaint about the design - Veterans Celebration - should be held in the theater where the Vets can be recognized properly and with respect instead of out in the middle of deck 5 where people were walking through the Vets and not showing any respect. Taps and singing of the national anthem were done in reverse !!
Cabin / Stateroom

I liked having a new room - everything was clean (a few stains on the carpet). Nice bathroom design, liked having the built in USB port and plug-easier for my Cpap machine - however, the nightstands were very tiny. Balcony was nice with a chair/foot stool.
Ship tip
It's big and if you don't stay on the ship you won't have an idea where things are.
Thank you we will be on this ship in October we are senior citizens we sail mostly out of Tampa on smaller ships we will see how it works out with a large ship 🚢
