Review summary

Horrible experience. My cabin had no A/C. Staff were no help. They never offered me a fan. I didn't know I could request a fan until cruise was over. Bathroom had sewage smell. Staff never addressed the problem

Did you ask for a cabin transfer at guest services. I'm sure they would help you. I got a cabin transfer when i was sailing on carnival imagination.
