Alaska is a fantastic itinerary -- not to be missed. Holland America has excellent excursions and shore relationships that, I think, make it the standout choice. You'll find the crowd on board about what you'd find at a theme park or Vegas -- anxious to relax, not interested in dressing up, and traveling with the entire family in tow.

Most things were very average. Children's area did not appeal to either of the children in our group. Service was great for the most part, but food, onboard activities, entertainment were somewhat of a let down.

It was a great trip and we are glad we took it. The ports were fun and the weather was nice. The food was good and the service was perfect. Everyone made the trip wonderful. I would recommend the cruise to my friends. Would love to go back again.

It was a wonderful and a memorable cruise. We touched at the best ports in Alaska. The ship was clean, staff very friendly. And there was plenty of activities on board to keep us busy

fun time with family as we saw all the sites alaska has to offer and kept costs reasonable. Suggest car rentals and independent tours as the best way to see this region

Overall, we would do this cruise again in a heartbeat. One note: we had no rain the entire week, which probably allowed for a much greater experience. But we'd do it again, even with rain!

Very good trip. very fortunate to have good weather for the whole week. Glacier bay NP cruise is the most impressive. We are also very lucky to see the Orca and a humpback whale on the cruise.

We really enjoyed this itinerary. The entertainment on the ship was spectacular. We had so much fun and relaxation. The captain was excellent in making sure we had enough time to watch the glaciers.

Our first cruise, I was very skeptical, I didn't want to leave the ship. Food was bountiful and great, mush to do, and Alaska is amazing!!! We participated in many activities, never felt bored. The naturalist on board was excellent, very down to earth, who really seemed to enjoy teaching us.

Very relaxing and fun-filled. The time spent on the Ports were very limited making everything a rush. The embarkation and dis-embarkation on all ports were all efficient and made easy.

Our entire family enjoyed the onboard experience on Millennium ship , the crew was wonderful and made the experience even better. Special kudos to the chefs. Cruise director Eddy and above all our Cabin Attendant Mr. Franco.

Overall, this was a very good cruise to Alaska. I enjoyed meeting new people, seeing some beautiful scenery, and learning a lot! I would recommend Princess to anyone looking to cruise to Alaska, as an affordable choice.

Highly recommend a cruise to Alaska on the Island Princess. The Northbound route from Vancouver to Whittier was a good selection with increasingly more picturesque glaciers as we sailed north.

This trip made me want to go back. I would even go back on the same ship which I don't like to repeat trips. Alaska is fabulous and changing all the time.

The ship was nice, with lots of amenities. The itinerary was disappointing as we saw only one glacier from six miles out, and no others at all. Some of the ports were standard, and all seemed to see cruise ship passengers as sources of ready cash (jewelry shops, furs, and some pretty pricey excursions), but certainly possible to leave the immediate area and see the towns for yourself. Would not recommend this cruise to folks wanting to see Alaskan glaciers though.

Totally enjoyed myself. Took family and friends, they loved it also. My son and his wife booked another cruse while on the boat. Weather was great.

I would recommend this cruise to everyone. So many choices of shore excursions and the scenery was unbeatable. Smooth trip with great food and plenty to do on board as well.

Good cruise. It is very good experience. You will see a lot of unique things and activities you would not experience in other places. I wish we could comeback to do it again.

We had a really fun cruise and was very blessed that the weather was awesome. Scenery was wonderful and enjoyed the views of the glaciers from the ship.
