Taxi from Anaheim was $120 and close to 2 hours. The driver had no idea where he was going and got caught in every traffic jam possible. By the time we arrived at the port at 3:00 everything was closing, so no porters to help with luggage. The port staff inside were ignorant telling us to hurry when we standing on the other side of security. No one helped us or directed us on which way to go. The security staff was fine, but the other 4 were terrible. I hope we never start a cruise from there again.
