Red roof inn should be burned to ground. Can't believe it was recommended by travel agent. Bet she didn't stay there!

No excursions. Parked in the indoor garage which was excellent. Free/fast shuttle

Didn't spend too much time there, but a nice little town.

The facility and procedures are the worst we have experienced. Especially bad for mobility impaire, almost two hours from Port to ship with completed paperwork.

Love Galveston! The only issue is embarkation could be better planned. I celebrated my 69th birthday, I have a problem with passing out plus I am on a cane. Having to stand in the line in the heat was gruesome. My granddaughters voted embarkation the worse part of the cruise!

We go to Galveston often, so we always have fun there. We sailed out from there, so we didn't do any excursions.

Galveston had so much to offer if you can past her worn down look. The historic mansions are fabulous, Pleasure Pier is expensive but fun. Tour of oil rig is amazing

Our home port, but arriving back was a nightmare trying to get out of Galveston. Remember folks that there will always be Mardi Gras in February!
