I had not been there in 7 years. They have certainly updated everything. The gentlemen met us at the curb and took our bags and whisked them away, so we did not have to be carrying them through the terminal.

Easy to get to. Easy process for embarking and disembarking. Parking is Convenient Love this port. Sailed from here 3/4 times and next one is here also.

Easy to access using a ride sharing service. The terminal is a little small so don't arrive too early. The Teardrop Memorial is right next door and worth a visit before entering the terminal.

We didn't do any excursions here but the port was very well organized. Both embarkation and disembarkation were very speedy.

Don’t put your luggage out the night before just take it with you when you leave then you don’t have to sit and wait for it. You can leave right away.

I am THRILLED to have a Cruise Port out of New Jersey. I remember when I used to have to fly to Florida to enjoy a Caribbean Cruise. Well that’s now a thing of the past. When I went to this port back in June (2017), I actually had my father drop my wife and I off, and then I was already on vacation! It was a breeze to navigate our way through the respective security lines and board the ship. Embarkation was also a breeze, as was our arrival back into Port. We loved it so much that we booked our next cruise only a couple months after this one had ended to head back out on another amazing cruise out of this port. Love love love!

Lots of positive reviews about this port, but getting to the Anthem on 10/27 was horrible. Was there an incident that tied up traffic that I was unaware of? Wasn't too thrilled with our porter when we returned, i was yelled at for grabbing a cart and trying to take care of it myself and then he dropped our bags off nowhere near our designated pick up zone. On a positive note, check in was a breeze. It may have taken us an hour to get dropped off, but we were on the ship within 15 minutes.
